    On 05/2022, I hired the business (Bellevue Fencing) for a fence and gate installation project. The total project cost is ****** and I paid them ****** as deposit but the work was never fully done. Its been 14 months since I paid them the deposit. By far only side yard chain link was installed. For the rest of the work, they kept delaying and delaying for a whole year and the last date they promise to come onsite is 11/2023 but they did not show up. The front yard they only installed posts. No panel nor gates were installed. Later on I found out on their website that they do not do any type of gate automation though their contract with me said they do it.

    We hired Bellevue fencing in January after ********** was hit with a wind storm. We were pleased with the time frame that was promised, and we signed a contract and paid the 60% deposit. **** had said they would be out on a Wednesday morning to start the demo of our fence. Well Wednesday came and went with no contact, so we called the following day, to which they said they would come out Friday. Friday afternoon we had still not seen or heard from anyone, so we gave them a call, which went unanswered. We waited until Tuesday to try to reach out yet again to get some answers, but again we received no response, so we requested a refund.That's when the communication started up. The ******* was sick, they dint have a crew, and the materials needed to be ordered, but they would be out to demo in a few days. That day came and went, so we reached out AGAIN only to find the number we had for them was "no longer in service". We finally got through via email with the promise of demo that week. They did come to demo, but they left all the debis that was contracted to be taken away, plus their food trash. Weeks go by with our fence just piled in our front yard. We had to remove the debris ourselves, which cost us.We have started a charge back on our credit card, and there are a group of ripped of customers working together to get something done about this extremely dishonest and fraudulent company.

    Purchased fence services and asked them to come fix the irregular and unbalanced look and use of sub par wood on the external view of the gate. The gate is not lining up correctly. Contacted them views emails and texts. They said they would contact me to find a resolution and have not responded to my emails and text messages since march 26th. Service was rendered on March 20. They got the full payment

    We made a down payment to Bellevue Fence in September 2022. They began the project in July 2023, and then stopped the project and never returned. They are not accepting our phone calls.We had to hire another company to finish work that was started, not including the bid we got for a gate which is over $20,000. We would like a refund in full. This project has been a nightmare. The company does not have an address. I have called, attempted to reverse lookup the phone number, not luck.

    We received a quote, and took some time to save up enough money to pay said quote. I paid a hefty deposit, and after a lot of time without answers or any consultations on the style we wanted, we paid a deposit in May 2023 received a start date of Aug 11, 2023. Nobody showed up on August 11, 2023; they stated that they would push the project back to August 15. Nothing got done all the way through September. They only started a few things in October. The receptionist stated that "we only do one type of fence", which the owner and project manager quickly disputed. The company then had a surveyor come out after the project manager came to our place Aug 15 2023 claiming that the employee who quoted us measured the property line wrong in an attempt to raise the price on us, and I stated I will not pay more than I was quoted in the agreement. I left town on a trip and they stated that the project should be done by the time I got back to town early October, no progress had been made when we got back. MULTIPLE TIMES I was told there would be workers coming, and they would not show up and wouldn't answer me when I reached out. During the times that they DID show up, the incorrect materials were brought to the property once and then they subcontracted workers from another business. THOSE workers worked at a decent pace but then they ran out of materials twice. Additionally, they knocked down my fence in the back, completely demolished it leaving my back yard exposed to my neighbors yard, and left all of the old junk on my property without rebuilding the fence because they ran out of materials; this was not an issue before contracting this company. I asked for a completion date from the company Nov 5 and never got a response. I most recently reached out again to the project manager asking what was going on and why the proper amount of materials had not been secured at the beginning of the project and I've yet to hear back again. All communications documented.

    Oct 9, 2023 signed a contract for 40' of composite fencing, placed deposit down $5, 240. Texting, emailing, calling always saying they were ordering the fencing, didn't have it all. Then after 2 months no responses to texts, voicemails, or emails. I have no fence and have not been refunded my deposit. Going to small claims court if this doesn't work.

    Failed service and product delivery for paid fencing. Deposit paid for Order #**** on 9/1/2023, quoted completion in 4 weeks, confirmed install date by business was no show. Now at 12 weeks with no fencing, no response from business, multiple emails and calls, no return of calls. Refund requested multiple times, no refund provided. This business has multiple similar BBB complaints. They have defrauded multiple consumers, by taking deposits and not delivering on fencing installation per BBB fillings. They have deceptive advertising with questionable authenticity of positive ****** reviews (all first time reviewers) and **** actual customer reviews that are negative as "fake review, not a customer".     The company will not refund my $2763 deposit. They did not perform any work and have become non-responsive. I initially paid the deposit on June 12. They cancelled the project on September 28 and said refund would be within 2 to 5 business days. As of October 23, i have not received any of my deposit back. Full description below. I booked Bellevue Fencing on 6/12 to replace a fence. I explained that time was of the essence because we had small children and our existing fence gate was broken. They provided a proposed start date of 9/6. I asked for an earlier date. *************************** (the owner) responded on 6/16, "Let me see how early I can get this scheduled for you." I followed up on 6/28 and again on 7/13, and heard nothing back until early Sept. right before service was supposed to start. I was told work would be pushed back to the last week of September. Then on 9/28, I called since I heard nothing back. The receptionist had no information and said someone would be in touch.Then someone called at around 10:30 am and said they had a cancellation and could get started that afternoon. He came by and did a walkthrough early that afternoon and got started. Then he stopped and was on the phone and said that he was just talking to the main office. Then he started to put the existing fence back together and explained that he had been told not to do the work. He apologized and told me that had emailed or would email soon that I would get my refund. I heard nothing for the rest of the day.I followed up later that afternoon to ask for the refund since I had heard nothing. I heard back the next morning "Approx 2-5 business days for the refund to process back to orignal payment method." After not receiving the refund, I followed up on October 9. I received a response "Let me check in with the payment processor and get back to you." I heard nothing back and followed up on October 12. I heard nothing back and have not received my deposit. It is now October 23.

    Project: Fence, and two metal gates Deposit ********* paid No Fence No gates I can't get anyone to respond to my calls or emails. A receptionist is the only person who provided false information.We have had 4 prior starts dates, none of which the project was started on.     They will not install the fence. They keep pushing me further and further out and will not commit to a set date. We have gone back and forth. They agreed to a full refund if I take my posts down and remove the rating that I gave them. I told them that the posts will come down when I have check in hand and it has cleared the bank.
