I sat there with my poor traumatized kitty in a chaotic, loud environment for over 45 minutes waiting to be seen. They played very loud (not soothing) music over a loudspeaker at the front counter. It was so loud that I had to have them repeat themselves at check in. Place was completely packed to the point of overflowing. Many, many large, loud dogs in the waiting room (some allowed to wander). You could also hear various animals screaming in the back. When we were finally seen, I politely mentioned to the PA the loud chaos. I also mentioned it to the doctor in a serious, yet very polite tone when he came in. He just kind of chuckled. My cat was there for his semi annual depo shot which has always required a physical exam at previous vet This was also scheduled as an exam and shot. Doctor only looked at and touched my cat to the extent needed to inject the shot and then he was on his way out, saying that he wouldn't charge me for an exam. I was so glad to get out of there. I will never go back.

We had a horrible experience with this clinic. We showed up for our appointment and the front office staff had our file pulled out, but someone else's pet associated with our file. After some scrambling to fix the file and asking us the actual name of our cat and reexplaining the reason for our visit, xray and blood test, a woman took us to a room. I explained to her that I needed a specific xray and blood test to be completed in advance of a specialist appointment and she told me to make sure to tell the assistant. When the assistant got in the room I explained again that I needed a specific xray and blood test and she took notes and took my cat to the back. Once my cat was in the back, apparently one of their vets, *****************, took it upon herself to stab my cat in the bladder without sedation to obtain a urine sample. This was not requested or approved. When I asked her why she did this she explained that she didn't know what tests I needed done. This upset me further because I had explained the exact tests I needed done to the scheduler on the phone, the front office woman when I arrived, the woman that walked me back to the room, and the vet assistant. Claiming to not know what tests I needed done is perfect representation of the confusion at this clinic and is simply unacceptable in what should be a professional environment. Then when we went to the front desk to pay the ****, they made sure to mention that they will comp us the urine test, like they were doing us a favor by not charging us for a test that we didn't request or approve. Additionally, after the visit my cats ear was bleeding profusely. I was told that they only looked at his ear but didn't touch it and the bleeding must be because they had to restrain my cat to do the tests and he must have bumped his head. I don't know what really happened in the back of this clinic, but at this point my belief is that they could really put someone's animal in danger with their negligence and confusion.
