    The date of transaction was September 14th 2023, this was a transaction on ***** we paid through credit card on September 16th for the amount of $******. Received no pickup information for a few days and then we email Bida doo on Sept,26th 2023 through **** messaging service for the contact and pickup information, another week goes by and still no response, so we again emailed them through **** messaging on Oct 5th 2023, another week goes by and we emailed them for a third time through **** messaging on Oct16th for a third request for pickup and contact information, at the time of the third email we decided to call Bida doo for the information, they stated they had emailed us with the information, the problem was is that they emailed us to an account that is not used anymore. We asked them why they sent the emails to that account and not through **** messages like one is supposed to do and gave us no response. They obviously received our three requests but did not answer through **** messaging, so at the time of finally having communication with **** doo we received the contact information. Called the company on Oct. 17th as to where the item was at and they stated they needed a release before they can schedule an appointment for pickup and that they have not received the funds from Bida doo yet and for us to deal with them. So again, in contacting **** doo for the release they stated they wanted ******* in late fees before they give us the release, they wanted it that day and stated they would close the deal out due to forfeiture at the end of that day in which they did. Obviously, this was a miscommunication error on their part, and we understand things happen but for them to take no responsibility is wrong. They could have responded to our emails through ***** but they did not. We are asking for an immediate return of the ******, For a company this size to do this is mindboggling. Again, we kept in communication with Bid a doo through the time frame, they knew we were trying to get the information needed and should have responded to our emails though our **** account, but they did not.

    On 7/11/23 I purchased a Cat 308 excavator from Bidadoo on ***** The item's listing had a detailed rating of every component on a 1-5 scale. Upon receiving the machine, I noticed that 2 components that were both rated 4, were broken and unusable. This included the bucket having large wear holes in it, and the engine hood not latching due to unrepairable damage. Not only did the sheet metal get rated 4, but it had the comment "some dings and scrapes consistent with age and use." There was no mention of the hood not latching. I reached out ***************************** a salesman that contacted me during the auction to promote the item and to assure me Bidadoo's poor online ratings do not reflect how they do business. I showed him the damage and he agreed with my dispute between the listing and reality, and assured me that his company would make good. Bidadoo will accept a return for a misrepresented item, but ******* told me he spoke with his boss and that they agreed to replace the bucket and help me with the engine hood. I checked in with ******* on multiple occasions and he told me they were looking for a replacement bucket for me. As time went by, he started ignoring my calls and texts, so I reached out to ***** in the main office. ***** spoke to his boss and reached the conclusion that the only help they can offer is for me to return the machine. This is unacceptable because after ******* committed to find me a bucket, I spent time and money on the machine making other improvements and doing maintenance. I was deceived by the misrepresentation of the machine, as well as trick photography and utilization of camera angles. I feel that Bidadoo should honor its representative's word. I was not able to leave feedback on **** for this item, which is interesting seeing that they have 100% positive reviews. ( I have a video of the engine hood not latching, but it is too large to upload.)

    While we strive very hard to represent things completely accurately, we understand that inaccurate information might be inadvertently provided.  Therefore, we offer a full refund on any item where the description does not materially match the condition as received by the buyer as part of our bidadoo 100% Guarantee.  This returns the item to bidadoo for a full refund to the buyer, which is the most fair way we know to settle any potential discrepancies, and understand our team did offer this, and is still on the table.   Our guarantee covers:
            Return of equipment to selling location for full purchase price refund
            Returned in same condition
    We understand this is inconvenient for your organization, but are agreeable to still return the item for a full refund, and can assist with transportation in this situation, as we havent been able to find an adequate replacement bucket.  Our offer still stands:
    Return to bidadoo facility in your area, rather than original location
    Assist with shipping cost if you are not satisfied with this machine

    While we both hoped it could be fairly straight-forward to find a good replacement bucket, we have been unable to locate an acceptable replacement.  You had mentioned previously that the bucket was shown holding water, but we do not see this in the original condition report.   Also, this unit was traded into a Cat dealer location, and the bucket was not noted to have a hole.  So, while we dont doubt there is a hole, it may well have happened sometime after our condition report was produced.  
    bidadoo values your business and again apologize about the problems with the machine.  I know we have a previous machine and were able to provide a full refund locally for that equipment.  If you would still like to keep the machine, we can offer $3,000 towards any repairs of the equipment. We know that this is a small amount compared to potential repairs on a machine of this age, but want to be open to making it right if you felt the machine would still work for you.

    I was the successful bidder on a used 2019 Hy-Brid HB-**** Electric Scissor Lift in the amount of $1625. During the bidding process I contacted Bidadoo Logistics for a price on shipping the lift to my location in *********. I was given an estimate of $1026 to $1189. Upon winning the bid I was directed to send a cashier's check for $3429.85, the lift plus $1814.85 for shipping. I sent that amount but asked that they credit me $625.85, the difference from their high-end estimate. Also, when the lift arrived the Upper Control was missing. It was clearly shown on 8 of the **************************************** the description. I noted this on the shipping document and pointed it out to the delivery person. My attempts to resolve this with Bidadoo have been unsatisfactory. They are not willing to stand by their highest shipping quote nor replace the missing control. I now need to purchase the control for an additional $774.48. The increased shipping and purchase of the missing control have added an unexpected $1400.33 to my cost. I feel that this amount should be refunded/reimbursed to me. I did not receive the item as guaranteed and was charged a shipping amount beyond their highest quote.

    We will cover the control.
    As for the shipping fees, I did check on that, we did ship this to you at cost.  There was zero mark ********* So we will not be adjusting that price. What you were charged is what we actually paid the transport company to deliver this to you.
    This is the information we have for a refund check.  Is this correct?

    On the original listing of this vehicle, the item was described as having air brakes and that all exterior lights were fully functional. After winning the bid and prior to finalizing the payment, I requested to see & manually inspect the truck due to concerns about false advertisement (namely, that the truck included air brakes which pictures did not show). After inspection and seeing that the truck didn't have air brakes, I still opted to purchase the truck due to the apparent overall condition (though the auction yard manager informed me that I was only permitted to start the truck and not operate/test drive it). On 1/17, I proceeded with payment and went to the auction house on 1/20 to pick up the truck. Enroute home, I was notified by my son, who was following me, that the brake lights to the truck were not functioning and immediately emailed the auction service informing them of the discrepancy when I arrived to the storage facility. After receiving no response, I then called on 1/23 & they responded via **** messages asking me to check the fuses and bulbs, which I already confirmed they were in fact fine & the lights were sealed LED lights & non- serviceable. A day later, when I turned on the vehicle, the dashboard lights did not turn on so I contacted the dealership via email again as none of these findings were disclosed on the original *********** received no response. Due to RCW ********, I contacted the seller via **** to request a refund last week but did not receive a reply. I've opened a dispute with the ** state dealer division earlier this week and filed a compliant with the ** Consumer Division however I have not received a response yet. My hopes for a resolution is my payment refunded and they vehicle can be returned to the business.

    As shown in the video, and the photos in the auction the exterior lights did work, and there were no brake lights evident.
    The photo of the brake chamber does clearly show that the brakes are not air brakes.
    As per the auction listing, photos and video take precedence over any written verbiage.

    I am rejecting this response because: as the seller stated, there was no visible proof that the brake lights were working and per their comments that "pictures and videos supersede the written description," their is no proof that the brake lights were functional. The comments from the buyer regarding the condition of the vehicle was based on a visual inspection from the front of the vehicle as they buyer was prohibited from checking the back of the truck.

     

    Buyer contacted the Seller well within the established three day rule (in actuality it was within hours of purchase) and informed them of the issues with the vehicle. Although the seller can keep saying it is "As Is", **************** Law requires that all vehicles sold, even "As Is", must be road worthy, which includes functioning/operating brake lights. 

     

    As requested, attached is a copy of the odometer, which reflects what the current mileage is on the truck: 280,300.

    08/16/2022 won auction for an Polaris ***. Auction stated *** ran good and had full diagnostic of everything good itemized and listed in auction details. Even video showing it driving around.08/16/2022 after winning auction I checked the provided VIN# and realized year/model/engine mismatches. 08/16/2022 contacted Bidadoo and they found an 'internal glitch' where the item was listed with wrong year and engine size. Instead of 500cc engine purchased it was actually a much smaller engine 300cc size. 08/26/2022 traveled across state to pickup location Sunbelt Rentals - ******, ** PC226, they was extremely rude and ran it without any engine oil prior to giving it to me, causing the engine to lockup and seize (metal on metal sound internally) during pickup. Engine overheated and would not start for a long time. Sunbelt closed their gates, locked their doors to go home after 5pm leaving the *** out on the road sidewalk while I was speaking with the assistance manager in the office.08/29/2022 following Monday contacted Bidadoo corporate office to report all the issues. Advised of the engine damaged that occurred during pickup, and the vehicle inspection had to be done incorrectly not even checking basic engine oil. 08/29/2022 following Monday contacted SunBelt Rentals - ******, ** PC226 filed complaint with store manager to review cameras of the pickup date. Never received any followup or return calls.08/09/2022 contacted SunBelt Rentals corporate office and filed complaint.Ongoing- Back and forth with Sunbelt Rentals corporate office is taking no responsibility and pointing finger to the auction company Bidadoo. However the local branch store even advised me the *** did not run for months before the item was auctioned as good.Ongoing- Back and forth phone/emails with Bidadoo and they have refused to do any engine diagnostic or repairs.10/07/2022 File complaint with BBB for assistance in this matter. https://video.bidadoo.com/JSB812010/video/a.mp4

    ****** @ Bidaddo has agree to a vehicle inspection estimate up to $250.  I will schedule the vehicle at the nearest mechanic repair facility for a diagnosis.

    For clarification of the below statement provided by Bidadoo on the **** platform, the engine had zero 0 motor oil during pickup, the vehicle was running and given without a drop of oil lubrication.

    I purchased a Genie GR-20 from Bidadoo auction on ***** advertised in "Operational" condition. The unit arrived with four completely dry Trojan T-105 batteries that were obviously neglected (poor maintenance) and beyond saving. The replacement batteries to get the lift into "Operational" condition will run over $600. Bidadoo refuses to assist in remedying the issue.Interestingly, I left a review on **** for "Not as described" ("Not operational" is not the same as the described condition, "Operational") and they appealed the feedback and it was removed. **** says that the appeal is final. I understand that **** and Bidadoo have a strategic partnership, but it does not seem appropriate for them to remove honest feedback about items that are not as described.

    Normal wear and tear (including but not limited to rust, dents, scratches, minor leaks, etc.) or cosmetic damage which does not impair the operability of the item.  
    Electrical and functional problems or disconnections (wiring, control boxes, hydraulic leaks) caused in transit or shipping.
    Any damage or defect that was explained or shown within the auction prior to purchase, or (if the buyer or buyer's agent picked up the item from the seller in person) that could have been noticed upon reasonable inspection prior to shipping.
    Conditions that can be identified only through the operation of a machine on a job site or under load capacity - For example digging, pulling, and lifting, etc.
    Operating the machine through the full range of speeds and functions required to evaluate all forward and reverse gears.
    Use of diagnostic or test equipment to evaluate characteristics such as engine compression.
    Any repairs or alterations made to the item after the auction end date, which were not authorized by bidadoo or the third party provider of the Business Equipment Purchase Protection program.

    Batteries are a consumable and not covered.
