This business has no regard for its neighbors. For at least a hour every night, this business makes loud, banging noises after business hours. It wakes me and my neighbors and this happens several times a week. They have been warned in the past yet continue to "throw dumpsters" as I call it. It sounds much like that description, in fact. It is a ridiculous time of night for a ridiculous amount of noise.

We purchased a brand new GLC SUV from MB Lynnwood in May. When we got every document finished that night, it was already office closing time, so we didnt check the car body carefully enough. Just the day after it, we found that there were a couple of small scratches on the rear upper quarter panel. At first, the dealership refused to acknowledge the issue and accused us that it was caused by rocks flying by when we drove home that night. However, the picture I showed them clearly shows the damage was done by sharp tools or machines. For weeks they kept trying to dodge our phone calls and constantly put us on hold. After some tedious escalation, they finally agreed to do a bare minimum touch up paint on the scratches after inspecting the car in person. On the day we dropped the car, one of the managers reassured us its going to be a touch up paint with a bottle and brush only, which is what we discussed earlier. End of the day, we found the original scratches were indeed less visible in cloudy daylight. However, after we got back home, there were sanding marks, tiny dirt particles, bubbles and swirl marks revealed under normal lighting all over the place. A prestige body shop in ******** told ** that instead of a touch paint, they did a very unprofessional partial spray paint job with no preparation on a big chunk of the panel, no paint booth used and the swirl marks are from bad polishing, he also pointed out the raindrop marks. After pulling out the dash cam recordings on that day, we were shocked that they actually did spray paint in the parking lot on a windy wet day, no wonder why there are dirt particles and raindrop marks in the paint all over the place. You dont take a $60k car and casually spray paint in the windy parking lot while traffic goes by, that is just wrong, let alone thats not what we agreed on in the first place. Im pretty sure Mercedes Corporate did not know this, and no customer can expect this to happen in a luxury brand.
