Five months ago the *** on my ***** Equinox went out. The dealership mentioned replaced it, but the "new" *** malfunctioned five or six weeks ago. They call me and tell me it's ready on Monday but when I pick it up the vehicle does not start. They called me Tuesday and tell me I need to pay $3,800 for a mount or $500 for wiring and that those two repairs are not covered under warranty. I believe that it should be covered under warranty as it is a part of the *** problem. I do not feel I should have to pay for this and now they are refusing to fix it or speak to me.

my name is **** *******. In good faith I brought my truck to Good Chev in ****** Wa. to repair the damages incurred in a theft. my vehicle was at their facility for 7 months and still the job was not finished. to my surprise the service member i was working with was let go from the dealership and nobody told me about it, there were, unanswered text and phone calls. the agreement that was made to me was the vehicle would be secured inside or in the back since the OnStar, the aftermarket alarm and factory alarm along with the remote that locks and unlocks the doors were all gone, or damaged from the theft. i believe there was absolutely no reason to have my vehicle for this length of time and for the dealer not to communicate as much as they should have. i do not believe and ignition, ignition cover, 1 door lock, 1 door latch and a transmission sensor were all on back order for this length of time. finally, after all this time I got a call saying my truck was done even though there was a list of things that they didn't finish that was quoted to my insurance company. the bill was grossly overbilled and on the phone i asked for a breakdown of the cost. i was told they could not help me, i asked can you at least look up the part numbers and explain why I was charged for 3 locks and there are only 2 locks on my truck? the answer was still no after about 2 phone calls. i was told the service manage can help me but was out on training for a week, I asked for him to call when he returned, once again no call back. i was out of town for a week and i retuned was ill for 5 days. i called the service manager & expressed my concern on why I recvd and email stating I am being charged storage and an explanation of the bill. this was on a thurs, i said i will be there fri. am to go over the bill and get my tuck. 15 min. later he called me back and stated my vehicle was stolen 10 days prior. they are taking no responsibility and will not provide me with their insurance info.

I arrived with financing in place, a car picked out, and details discussed with a salesman. ******** said there was 30k miles on the power train warranty. I thought it was going well until the hard sell on the warranty. The salesperson was ok with my "no". Then I went to the back room with the sales manager. He continues to sell on the additional warranty, he then tells me the power train warranty isn't a thing ( I would not have come to the dealership without that warranty). I said no at least 4 times to the extras. He pushed that it was completely refundable. He did the math and showed what my refund would be if I canceled the warranty. He again and again did the math on a 5k warranty. He then pushed hard on the gap insurance, which I have through auto insurance. He eventually said he would do it free. I thought free right, I'll agree. Then he showed me the math would be the same to reduce the cost of the warranty giving the gap free. This was after 8 at this point and I had already said no multiple times. He then moved the money around to work out according to him. He put on the paper the full cost for gap and $4000 for the warranty. The warranty in this setting will only be refundable based on this amount and not the 5k he demonstrated the math on multiple times. All the math he showed me was based on a lie. If it hadn't been so late in the night I wouldn't have missed it. I contacted the dealership and haven't heard back.

Good Chevrolet has had my car on and off since August. A new transmission (found out later it was a refurbished one from the factory. Then the transmission lines were leaking causing fumes in my vehicle, making me sick. They wouldn't believe me and I had the vehicle in there several times and had to throw a hissy fit for them to finally put it up on the rack and decided I was telling the truth. So then I had to pay another deductible for the warranty work. Each time the work took forever and I was out of a car for a long time. Now, on Feb. 3rd, 2023 the transmission was making noise. It took them 2.5 weeks to agree with me that it was the transmission. Now on March 17th they finally called me (I have called at least once a week to find out the news) and said Oh, no it wasn't the transmission after all. It was the motor slapping and manifesting the noise through the transmission. They wanted me to let them put the car back together and come get it and drive it. It should last another 5 years, I was told. Being a car person and having lots of car people in my life, they are all saying this is not right. I advised Les that I was not stupid and I knew that the transmission had to be replaced and they didn't want to pay for it, so they were advising me to come get the car and sign off the liability of the transmission to them. On top of it all this has been extremely stressful being without a vehicle for so many weeks, I have been getting migraines, nose bleeds and my stress level is off the charts. Now Les is telling me that if they have to tear down the engine, it will be another 2 to 3 weeks and if the warranty doesn't pay for it, I will have to pay out of pocket, causing me a whole lot of stress and me breaking down and sobbing at my desk at work. I wrote an extremely long letter to the ************************* this weekend. Not sure if you can assist me at all but everyone is telling me to file a complaint with you. Thank you for your time, Cherry Boring

Good Chevrolet ran my credit 14 times even after telling them I would like to see the numbers/purchase price before running my credit. They increased the purchase price, added vehicle warranty, and added gap insurance without my consent or giving me the option to decline any extra warranties or products. They added these things and raised the original purchase price and then sent off my application to creditors for financing without showing me the ending price for the vehicle/financing amount

I purchased a used 2007 ***** Ridgeline over the internet. Was told by the salesman ********************************* the vehicle was in good working condition with no issues, reflected by low miles. I paid to have the vehicle shipped, when it arrived it was smoking. I tried to drive, but the amount of smoke was concerning. Ive called the dealership several times with no return calls. I looked on carfax and called *********************** in ********** ** who serviced the vehicle prior to Goid Chevrolet taking possession. The informed me that they diagnosed the vehicle with catastrophic engine failure and recommended a full engine replacement. I called Good Chevrolet today and explained this to my salesman and he was supposed to call back after informing the sales manager. Never received a call. I called back AGAIN and was told the sales manager was working with other customers. I see two possible outcomes. 1.) They take the vehicle back and split shipping costs with me. They pay to repair the vehicle.
