  Mr. ******************** had committed to doing 2 bathrooms. 1 completed in 3 days the other 5 days. Job took over 1 1/2 months. The job started May 2nd and to this dated they are still not complete. The closet door was removed and has not been replaced. The shade on one of the lights is broken. He received an check at the beginning of the job for $5000.00 2 weeks later ********* in cash and the remainder by charge card. We have made several attempts to connect to have these issues addressed and calls are ignored or promises are not kept.

  These two bathrooms were complete remodels. Tear out everything, replace everything, paint, sheetrock, walk in tile shower, and new tub and tile in the other. Both floors have new tile. Apparently, in their minds, they should be the only job we do until it is done. They wanted us to be at their **** and call 24/7. She wanted us to find lights for her, we found lights, she didn't like them, wanted us to keep looking for other lights. When she finally found the light she wanted one of the bulbs was broken in the box, again that was on us. It took them 3 vanities to get delivered by ********** before they would accept one because it had "flaws".  We did everything we could to keep these customers happy, as we do with all of our customers. However, they cannot be made happy. We have been back to this job some thirty times, we painted everything three times. Once it was because they provided the wrong color paint. Final straw was when they said their neighbor got two bathrooms and a bedroom done for half of what we charged. Even after I pointed out that the materials that they picked out cost more than that, they still insisted on being upset and now are doing what they can to complain to others. These are very difficult customers and that's all that can be said, The job is done but they will never be happy. Ask to see the pictures, these bathrooms are beautiful.
