You can believe every negative review written on websites, about Harmon and Harmon of ************. Protect yourself. Have an attorney involved prior to any business with this company. ****** learned!

This is a copy of a ****** review I just posted, please go there to see photos.The quality of work delivered is evident in the pictures attached. The amount of money charged does not equate to work delivered and what H&H expects me to acceptUpon making the photos available to ****** Harmon, he first chose to pass it off to his project manager who promised to get back to me and didnt. And now ****** is choosing to ignore emails asking him whats upTo be clear theres a long list of s**** *** for this whole home renovation, all documented with email, text, or video to corroborate. So many things were let go that were 100% H&Hs s**** ***. So now that more incredibly rookie, no pride in workmanship fails become evident ****** sees no reason to respond to his shabby work??? Also note what another ****** reviewer mentioned about how abrasive he is when challenged, absolutely true. You can trust that review, its real. He was like that with me too, but Im not intimidated by that brusque demeanor and that only activates my extra. I can reciprocate.The other positive reviews are likely bogus. He has a family member leaving a review, as well as his ******* (the same one that oversaw my renovation and delivered the work in the pictures and made a ton of other mistakes) and his tile sub who did really bad work on my extensive tile job. And he has suppliers leaving reviews.I can get really detailed if anyone is interested but avoid working with this company, absolutely no integrity in work delivered or accountability with callbacks/repairs.

I contacted ************************************ looking for a contractor near my area where I live in ***, **. I explained over the phone what I needed, we made an appointment, met at my house and iron out the details: house to have new siding replace with better quality, new back deck, replace all broken windows (3 out of 7),remove and replace the gutters. We discussed the materials needed, my budget. **************** explained the need to remove and replace all the trim on house corners, all windows with better quality ones, remove house belly band, skirting, replacing the siding with *******************, siding trim, new back door and back deck with synthetic material impervious to the weather. Mr ******************** agreed to replace the gutters for free. They started work the same weekend. Always kept a crew working in place, very professional and meticulous. In fact **************** the supervisor not only inspected all the work been done but corrected it on the spot, (namely the back door when an Union worker attempted to install it opening backwards!). There was a snag when the supplier failed to supply three of the windows and work came to a stop however I was always kept updated and followed up by *************** as promised. I was very pleased with the quality job and attention to detail of the working crew. The work was completed within the time frame expected (from 10/19/2022 start to 11/18/2022 completed), very smooth flow of logistics, materials, work hours and goals for the day as the work progressed. It would have been completed even earlier if not for the two week delay from the missing windows however this was out of their control. The price set up for the project was realistic and set up from the beginning and never changed. Considering we were just coming out of the ***** supply backlog. I really appreciated the frankness, professionalism and commitment from **************** and his crew to deliver and complete the job as promised.
