    Date of transaction Nov 29, 2024 for a psychic reading and soulmate sketch. I paid over $63.92 for a premium reading and sketch. This company has just sent me non stop spam to the email address I provided instead of what I paid for. When I asked for them to honor their 60 day money back guarantee, they consistently gave me the run around and offered me different services which I have stated I only want my money back as I did not receive what I ordered.

    Hello. Please see all attachments. We did deliver your reading order on 11/28 to email ************************************ as that was the email associated with the purchase. 

    We have also provided you the full refund as requested. Please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to transfer back to your account. Additionally, it appears the purchase was made in Canda so the purchase charge total will not be exact from the screen shots. The purchase amount is USD but the $43.98 should convert back to the expected total of $63.92.

    We have also refunded you for the additional reading for $29.99 shown in the attachment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the fund to go back to the original payment method.

    Date. 12/26/24 $19.99 I filed a complaint a month ago against these people. They were supposed to cancel any all transactions. Yet, here I am again because they charged me AGAIN! I have emailed them multiple times. I emailed them again this morning. I have not heard from them yet. Please do something about this scam. I want them to stop taking my money.

    On October 23 I bought services from the company, soulmate sketch and reading for $43.98. I did not receive my order completely. I contacted the company on 10-30-2024, 11-1-2024, and again on 11-4-2024. I was sent a refund request form from ****** to complete for my refund. I have not received my refund from the company as they claimed they would. They have a no question asked refund policy. I have requested a full refund due to not being satisfied with the services.

    I signed up for a free 7 day trial and have emailed multiple times to cancel but was charged anyway *****. There is also a 60 day money back guarantee for the reading and I want the additional ***** I spent back. This business is an absolute joke and I am very upset that they dupe customers and not refund them.

    Was another email used for purchase? If so, please let us know so that we can issue the refund for you in a timely manner. We found other accounts based on the name search but are unable to identify the correct account.

    I subscribed to the seven day trial. A few days ago for a love reading. I've been trying to cancel my subscription on day 2 and haven't been able to successfully do so. I've sent emails and even called. When I called there was a voice message stating to email customer service which I've done also. I just want my subscription canceled. And expect not to be charged the regular subscription fee, seen I've been trying to cancel since day 2 and have been unsecessful

    My card automatically uploaded ***** to talk with an advisor on 7/8/24. I was unable to connect with the psychic. They did not put my ***** credit on my account because I wasn't able to connect with the psychic. If a person doesn't connect with that person it's not right to charge them that complete amount until they can talk with the psychic. I've emailed them multiple times.

    I made this purchase based on an ad I saw n instagram. It promised a reading and sketch of who my soul mate is. I bought this for fun just out of curiousity. When i received my first email which supposedly had my reading, I was redirected to their website and asked to pay again for what I had already paid for. When I questioned this by replying to the email, my question was not answered. I also inquired about the sketch that was included in the price, I've not received the sketch either. I've since asked multiple times for this sketch but instead of getting an answer, I keep being asked to ask 3 questions. This is 100% a scam. The ad also promised a 90 day money back garantee if not satisfied. I've asked for this refund multiple times and I've yet to get a confirmation that my refund will be processed. Instead, I keep getting random readings that have nothing to do with what I paid for.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    The invoice provided by the 'business' The Relationship Psychics, is unacceptable. Refunded to whom? How was the refund made? Mailed? Back to the debit card? I paid for this purchase with my debit bank card and as it states on 'business' website Refund Policy, the funds should be returned in the same payment method I made my payment, to this date, I have not received my money back. Their invoice does not have a date of refund nor method of refund if any were made. Therefore, I am still waiting for my complete refund, through the same payment method and see it reflecting on my bank account. (I have attached records of my bank transactions that DO NOT reflect the refund and a copy of the business Refund Policy for their records)

    This business definitely has no idea what they are doing. First my refund was completed, now it was processed on 6/10 since April when I submitted my original request. Now, the card IS NOT ending in 5436...please see attached bank transaction record, my card ends in 4111. Clearly, they don't have their billing in line either. I am requesting from the business to refund the funds in the next 24 to 48 hrs upon receiving the response from BBB before I take further legal action, this shouldn't have taken more than 2 months to process. If they need to verify the entire credit card #, we can do it thru BBB.

    I wanted to thank you for handling my complaint and to let you know that the business may have not responded back to BBB, but they did end up refunding my request. I am attaching the pdf form of the transaction from my bank. I know you have closed the case as unresolved but I wanted to be fair. All I wanted was to make my point, get my refund as they promised and thanks to BBB and your wonderful assistance, it was done 2 months after due to the consumer, but it got done. Not sure if youd like to update the case, but I just wanted to take the time to appreciate all of your assistance in this matter.
