    On 4/26/24 I purchased a reading and a sketch from this company. I was curious and they constantly tout their '60 day money back guarantee' if you're not satisfied in every video emailed. I found the reading to be generic and without the specific information promised such as physical description, astrological sign, etc. And the sketch ridiculous. I have requested a refund by filling out their ******* refund request form' and reached out via email gollow up three times. Tge refund request states refund will be provided in 5 business days. Because I had not received a refund I have reached out via email 3 times, and have received no response. Also no refund to date. This is clearly false advertisement and I just want them to refund my money as promised in their pitch. They state their 'refund policy' is on their main website, (Refund Policy. Our Refund Policy set forth on the home page of the site at *************************************, as it may change from time to time, is a part of this Agreement.) But it is not. This is the refund form I completed Please write the email you used when you purchased, below. If you don't, we can't find your order to refund it.Email ************************** would you like refunded? *Everything ordered Other: Was there anything specific about the service or product that you were unhappy with? *I didn't like my reading. Other: How could we improve our service/product to better meet your needs? *The reading was so generic, things that were promised were not revealed, and the soulmate picture is the polar opposite of any man I would ever find attractive, and not just because I like darker men. Also, there was no price given that I could see for the soulmate pic until after purchase which seems very scammy. Is there anything that would have made you consider keeping your product? *At least one thing that resonated. Thank you for being a customer! We hope to see you again in the future! You will recieve your refund shortly.

    I requested a reading and a soulmate sketch from this business on 1/29/2024. On 2/14/204 I has sent an email to the business requesting a refund due to untimely reading. As soon as my refund request email, the business responds to inform me that that my request had been forwarded to the psychic. WHY? I had clearly requested a refund through my email and that I no longer wanted an untimely reading from the business. Till this day, they are refusing to process my refund. I also have not received a reading not the soulmate sketch. This is unacceptable. All of their videos disclosed that if at any time I am not satisfied, that I can request my money back.

    We apologize for the confusion regarding your refund. We had already passed your order and refund request to your advisor to complete, as they're the ones that fulfill the orders. Unfortunately it looks like they didn't act in a timely manner or forgot to respond properly. We can take care of your refund however because you've submitted a complaint with PayPal, it's out of our hands. Once you reverse that request with PayPal, we'll process it for you ourselves. If not, we'll have to leave it to them to handle and there's no guarantee they'll refund it. You can always open a new complaint if we don't resolve the issue, so there's no risk to you.

    If you do that, please let us know and we'll refund it for you or we can leave it up to PayPal.

    I have closed the PayPal dispute claims in the amount of $29.99 and $19.99 as merchant had requested to properly process the refund. The merchant may now process my refund in the amount of $49.98 as indicated in their response to my complaint.

    I am rejecting this response because: the merchant's prior response through BBB was that they will process my refund if the PayPal process was closed. PayPal may have close the case on merchant's favor due to paypal's policy on received item, not untimely item. However, fue to the nature of the item I had requested, the timeliness is very important, which the merchant did not deliver.

    Again, the main issue for my request for refund was due to merchant's untimely delivery. Also, they may have forced delivered my reading, but I still have NOT received the soulmate drawing which I paid $29.99. Henceforth, I demand a refund for the undelivered item, which was $29.99.

    I reported this merchant to BBB as they refused to issue a refund for my unreceived/undelivered items. PayPal closing the case on their favor is irrelevant. I started the process of stop payment through PayPal as the merchant refused to issue a refund. However, PayPal's policy did not cover untimely delivery. Only undelivered items. Therefore, closure of PayPal case does not mean the merchant can  continue to deny my refund. As mentioned earlier in my response, I still have NOT received the soulmate drawing which I had paid $29.99. I still demand my refund.

    In stupid desperation, I, like some others, fell for this website in hopes to have a reading and sketch of my 'soul mate'. I've placed multiple requests to this company for various services to initially discover that I was charged for the same service several times, to which the company did rectify when I sent a screenshot of my paypal along with a description stating the charges were all for the same item. I did place an order for a 'soulmate sketch' and 'in-depth soulmate reading' and 'spell'. The sketch was strikingly similar to that of the photo sent for my 'spell' and the in depth reading was very generic and does not give specifics as stated in all of the videos sent to me that state you will get specific details, dates, and so on. I got one date (far out of the 60 day, money back guarantee cutoff). Each email received eventually is a repeat several times over of the same video, each ending with an upsell of services of their sketch and reading, even though I already purchased it. When initially ording my 'spell', I never received an email thanking me for my order, so when a few days passed, I reached out and they told me they didn't have my 'specifics' and to send the other person's name and so on. That should have been a red flag. Another red flag is when I placed my sketch order, again I didn't get a thank you email, so when I reached out to that particular person, the email address didn't work, even though I JUST place the order. The sketch was supposed to be 24 hours, and was not. I've started to, at this point, demand my money back from this scam of a company through PayPal. Every single video states '60 day, no questions asked, money back guarantee', but now they are throwing all these things at me (the fine print) that is not stated or shown in any video sent to me. This company is a fraud and is a far cry from upholding anything they say in their hotel room recorded videos and want all my money back, $173.90.

    The company has issued 2 refunds thus far ($29 and $19) after I sent screenshots of my correspondence with them regarding services.  They were telling PayPal that I ordered and received a service within a day, when that was not the case.  Once I sent the screenshots, 2 refunds were sent almost immediately as I called them out on false information to PayPal.  Still awaiting the release of the rest of the services that were paid for.

    I would like to file a complaint regarding the digital psychic reading service provided by The relationship psychics. Despite their advertised refund policy, I have encountered issues with the service and have been unable to obtain a refund (total US$33.98): I purchased a soulmate reading, past life reading and initials soulmate reading, past life reading and initials from ***** on 11/03/2023. I waited over 10 days and no reading. The content of the reading consisted of obvious and generic statements in a compilation of clich statements intended to appeal to generic desires and preferences of women in general, such as meeting a perfect soulmate, as the follow example: "he will recognize you as a high-value woman and want to indulge you in luxurious, exotic, and beautiful experiences and pleasures! This is a man who travels well, eats well, and loves well", which appears to be completely fabricated as it does not resonate with me in any way. The same occurred in the psychic drawing that portrayed an idealized, prince charming-like appearance of a man. It became evident that the information provided was devoid of genuine psychic ability or intuition. According to their refund policy, I am eligible for a refund within 60 days of purchase if I am not satisfied with the product. However, when I contacted their customer support on 11/13/2023, I expressed my dissatisfaction with the service and requested a refund, and their response was unhelpful and dismissive, with no willingness to honor their own refund policy. I reported them to PayPal and they dismissed my claim. In light of these circumstances, I kindly request your intervention and assistance in resolving this matter. It is evident they're engaging in deceptive practices by providing fictitious readings that do not align with their advertised claims. Their refusal to issue a refund is both disappointing and unacceptable. I still receive emails everyday with the same videos asking to me purchase if it I didn't do so.

    On October 29th I submitted a purchase for a Twin Flames Report. I did not receive a thank you for your purchase email but thought nothing of it.On Monday I received an email from them saying they couldn't process it without more information and the email had several choices at the bottom, Yes Please Cancel, I am No Longer Interested and Please cancel. Before responding I checked my credit card and they had already charged it, somehow without the needed information.I emailed them directly saying I was no longer interested and to refund the purchase price ASAP. They responded saying they had already passed the order on and could no longer make a refund.The Order Page states clearly that a refund is available for 60 days. I again emailed requesting my refund. Again they said no. I emailed again telling them that if the credit wasn't issued by Wed. Nov 1st I was contacting BBB, the Attorney Generals of Washington and ******** and would be posting on social media that I think they are a scam site (which I do). I did not hear back from them. When I did not hear back from them, I emailed them on Nov. 2nd stating I was following through with what I had earlier said.I can provide copies of all emails. I have tried uploading them but for some reason am getting ********* and pieces if there is an address I can forward them to I'd be more than happy to do that.Thank you in advance for your help.

    The guarantee a refund for ANY REASON within 60 days. I did not receive anything from them.

    In what world would I not be *********** a refund?

    The emails I saved that I tried to upload to your site just loaded in pieces, if you have some way I can forward them to you I can do that.

    I purchased a $19 monthly subscription for answers to 3 questions each month. I was just continuing to get the runaround in emails. I asked my question multiple times and sent the information they requested they needed to answer my question multiple times and did not receive my reading. I asked for a refund and was told it was too late.

    They told me that I had a 7-Day free trial where I could be talking to ***** the psychic once a week live online and that she would answer three questions in the 7-Day free trial. They gave me several other bonuses such as a horoscope reading and a natal report but they were bogus too I have tried to contact them for an explanation and they and they just keep putting me off it's very frustrating. They want **** for a monthly subscription and they haven't given me anything of value for the 7-Day free trial. I gave them my card information but don't know what I'm going to be getting in return.I haven't gotten my questions answered and haven't been able to talk to ***** who said she was going to be answering the three questions personally and then it was referred to a team of psychics. They initially say the reading will be done in 48 to 72 hours then they said 3 to 7 days and I still haven't received any services.

    Our records show that the credit card you used was invalid and you were never charged for the membership. We are happy to provide screenshots for this but won't do so here out of respect for your privacy because they include details like the last 4-digits of your credit card, etc.

    Even though payment was never received, we still sent you your bonuses, horoscope, planetary reports and more. However, without a valid credit card on file we cannot provide our full service. That would be a disservice to those that are paying for their memberships.

    You mentioned issues joining the live readings. We have a ************** where we post all the recordings for customers that can't join live. I understand it's frustrating to miss those readings but we do our best to make them available to everyone regardless of whether they can join us live.

    On 09/19/23, I paid what I thought would only be $20.00. However, I ended up having 2 separate transactions show up on my card for a total amount of $59.99. Upon realizing this and the fact that I was not immediately able to utilize the service, I sent an email to customer support to kindly request a refund. Almost immediately I was sent an email back that said unable to deliver. So I then replied to a different email confirming my purchase to request said refund. On 09/20/23, I received 2 emails with instructions on how to use the service, one of which was in response to my refund request. I then went on the website and found the original email address I emailed as being the one to request a refund "for any reason" with 60days. I sent another email request 09/21/23 and received a response on 09/22/23 stating I could not receive a refund due to my purchase being forwarded to "psychic ******* I replied on 09/23/23 referring to the refund policy found on the website and solicitation emails also citing their "refund for any reason". I have received NO response from the company. I, at this time, wish to get my full refund of $59.99, as I will not be using the service and have actually found a different business to use that met the need of having an immediate reading done and not wait 24 hours to have access. It is absolutely ridiculous that I have had to make the same request repeatedly, when my request is following posted policy and I have been met with push back and a company that does not follow their own advertised guarantee.
