    What we ordered on the app was not what we received as shown. When I called them to complain they turned me to a manager who said that if my name was on the receipt and the receipt was what was in the box it was my problem. My husband tried a bite of the pizza because it was what we got, and they said I would not be eligible for a refund. They werent nice at all and made me cry.

    I am rejecting this response because: I did not get what I ordered and your manager was incredibly rude. I ordered the pizza on the orginal in my app which is not the pizza I got.

    On 9/27/24 I ordered 3 Pizzas from ******************* location.2 of my Pizzas were BURNT Badly I have tried to contact the **************** I filed a complaint through their website my complaint # CASE ID: *******. I sent them pictures and they said they would contact me No one has tried to rectify the problem.

    25 USD Gift card bought 10/1/24 Can't use it on the website. No explanation given. I'm restricted to ordering over the phone which is a huge pain In the *****. I did try calling the store and the person does not seem to know how to answer the phone. They said some thing or other when they answered the phone, couldn't tell what it was, I'm guessing they were yacking at one of their co-workers. Not interested in describing the order and going through a bunch of numerical codes and then having to repeat myself and so on.... I don't understand why **anyone** would be interested in any of that!I tried contacting customer service and they sent me this email saying to "report the information provided to the responsible party for resolution", so basically if there's a way to contact customer service, the heck if I know what it is.

    Date of transaction: 7/13/2024 Paid: $32.16 I made an order and it was accepted by the location, went there to do carside pickup, and the location was closed. I could see orders on the screen piling up, so I am certain I was not the only one involved. The location was closed even when it was within business hours. I had to order another order at a new Domino's location, had to order it as delivery which was more expensive, and availed of their promotion to be given a $3 coupon for tipping, which I ended up not using due to my other order not being refunded nor addressed, which made me lose faith in the business.What the business committed to provide me: Nothing, I have contacted corporate customer support who has not responded to me, most recent request for an update was on September 15, which I got an email indicating that they have received my request, but no response yet, same as a month ago when I put in my most recent customer support inquiry prior to the September 15th one. Case ID is ******* if needed. The last correspondence from corporate was on July 16th, where I was told that my inquiry would be sent to the franchisee, I have not received any call back or email from the franchisee, I have contacted the franchise 5 times, each time have been told differing times when the manager would be in. I have left my phone number and asked for a callback and nothing yet.Nature of dispute: Needing refund and compensation for inadequate response and service Whether or not the business has tried to resolve the problem: No, not a single response received from their end, and they are seemingly purposefully avoiding the issue as each time I call, I am told the manager comes in at noon, then 6pm, then 9am, and any time I have adjusted my own schedule to try to accommodate those times, they are not in the office.I hope you will be able to help me with this issue, and advocate for my refund and compensation as this have inconvenienced me greatly. Thank you.

    Regarding complaint ID ********: I was contacted by the franchise's manager with an insultingly poor attempt at resolution. He started the call with "what's wrong with you?" I explained the situation, and he told me they can give me a free pizza but won't be able to give a refund. The manager is only willing to give that under the condition that I "take down my review" which I don't even know what that means. I asked since I never posted this issue on any review sites and he did not clarify. I don't believe he understood my concern at all. I originally paid for two pizzas and more, and they are willing to give me one pizza to withdraw this complaint. The manager also told me he has my information written down in case I come down and claim the pizza, which I won't do, as I don't trust the establishment. I request resolution from Domino's corporate instead, in the form of a refund of my previous purchase, and credit/coupon for what the manager offered, loaded into my domino's account so I can claim it elsewhere. Hope you can assist me with this, and I thank you for your continuous support of consumers everywhere against bad business practices. Thank you, and have a good day.

    I order ***** worth of food from Dominos and food was not cooked thoroughly. And for my chicken they gave me all the big ends of the chicken no flats pieces. Pizza was under cook. Time is to hard to be wasting food on these no good restaurants. I want my money back from them or I'm going to have to take them to court. I spoke with a guy that said his name was ***** but I think he was lying telling me I can't get my money back until tomorrow. But that's a lie as well. If you would reach out to them please.     On 6/29/24 at approximately 5:30pm, I placed an online order for pizza totaling $40.35. I have ordered from the same location numerous times and never had any issues with delivery. At approximately 6:15pm, I received a phone call from the delivery driver advising she would not deliver to my house because it was out of their 5 mile range. It should be noted, per the Dominos GPS tracking, the driver was less than 3 minutes away from my house at the time of the call. I am requesting that Dominos corporate not allow delivery orders to be placed for addresses their stores will not deliver to.

    Placed order online for XL pizza and paid extra for more cheese. When I picked it up and opened the box, there was hardly any chesse on it. I went to the counter and asked the person why I did not get the extra cheese. He came around the counter and looked at the pizza, then blatantly lied looking right into my eyes "there is lots of cheese under..." (under where?) and kept saying "do you want me to make you another one," but I declined as I could not wait any longer. Got home, warmed up the pizza and there was hardly any cheese at all. There is no pizza without cheese. We could not eat it. If this is the trend, then we will not order pizza from Domino's or any other.
