Emergency pizza is a complete scam. You click the email to redeem the pizza and get redirected to download the app. I went to reset my credentials and get redirected back to the dysfunctional app. Deleting the app and account.Review from Nataly M

After I bought pizza from Dominos they start sending my advertisements every day. I tried to unsubscribe. I tried to reply STOP. Nothing works. They just continue sending emails. I dont know how to stop them. Month after month every day. I really need help with this. Thank youReview from Roxie P

This review is for the Domino's pizza at ********************************************************************************************. I will NEVER eat at that restaurant again. The unprofessional staff that was working there on yesterday, Monday, August 19, 2024 something needs to be done about them. How can you just put someone's food that they have ordered and paid for on the steps of their trailer where there a millions of ants and bugs crawling especially ants, like it was a package from Amazon somewhere. I don't have a porch I only have a stoop with steps. And to be treated like some type of animal is uncalled for. I have complained on social media already and I have already received some feedback about the same restaurant. I pray that no one else will ever have to go through what me and my family went through yesterday with Domino's in *********, **. They don't ever have to worry about us eating from there ever again. I will definitely be letting all of my family and friends know what happened as I did by posting on ********* I will be contacting someone at WNCT Channel 9 which is also considered 9 on your side.Review from Kassie W

I loved Dominos then they offered the emergency pizza I thought how cool what a great company boy was I wrong. I tried to order it ********************************************************************************** ************ which is not in the list by the way. They said they could do noting not their problem contact corporate I did that twice and they also failed to respond. I feel this is completely false advertising and unacceptable.Review from Nick P

I would gladly leave zero or negative stars if that was an option. This is not entirely directed towards this store, but mainly towards Dominos customer service as a whole. I was not able to log into my account for months. In having troubles trying to reset my password, I contacted then through there email, chat bot(many times), local store, 1800DOMINOS, ********* and requested a call back from a regional supervisor. I have gotten ZERO responses over several months. Total disrespect and terrible customer service!!!
