    11/16/24 clothing was purchased from the Comstylish website. When the clothes arrived my wife found that they did not fit and were made out of proportion. I inquired about a return and refund. They will not do either even though their website states that they do offer returns. I have been going around and around with these people for over a month now with no resolution.

    On Nov 15, 2024 I placed an order for 5 items (womans shirts) 3 were for myself and 2 were to be given as gifts. Total cost $109.62. I received the items on Dec 10, 2024. Even though I ordered a size larger than I normally wear, the 3 shirts for myself were too small. The quality of the other 2 shirts was extremely poor. They certainly didnt look like the advertised pictures. I could not give them as gifts. I immediately contacted the company via their email address ************************************ asking for return instructions and explaining why I wanted to return the shirts. I received no reply so I re-sent my original message on the 12th of Dec. on the 19th of Dec I received a reply offering me a 20% discount coupon if I would keep the items. Also explaining that I would be responsible if the return shipping costs. I responded that I would gladly pay the shipping costs and once again asked for a return name and address On the 20th I received a response offering me a 30% coupon if I kept the items. I refused and asked for return instructions. On Dec 26 I still had not received any info from them. Their website says there is a 30 day window for returns. I wrote that I would not be bound by that policy since they were causing the delay. They responded still no update from the financial manager . On Dec 31 I again asked for return instructions. No response to date.

    The products advertised were nothing like what I received. Wrong fabric, wrong design. Attaching photos of what was advertised and ordered and what I actually received. Complete fraud.

    On Dec 4 I ordered a sweater from Comstylish. When I received it ***** nothing like advertised. Even the name of the products says it is a floral glitter embroidered knitted sweater. The products I got is none of those things. This is complete.falae advertising. I am looking for a full refund of any money spent to this company. But the real issue is they should not be allowed to do this. They even have reviews about the product saying how beautiful of a sweater it is. It is a complete scam.

    On 3/14/2024, I ordered several items from Comstylish. I received some of the items in a partial shipment, However, I never received two remaining items (black cat T-shirt and vintage floral T-shirt), despite my emails on 5/19/2024 and 7/3/2024 requesting either a refund or the 2 items. The total paid for the two items was $35.98.

    From the moment I received the damages clothing I responded to the company. They have continued to put me off with "coupons" and "waiting for financial manager response. I even told them I was keeping two of the items. I am tired of this bag of damages merchandise sitting on my counter for 2 months!!Please help me.

    I am trying to return a sweater to Comstylish that I ordered online. It is not the product I ordered and it does not look like the product I ordered. It is impossible to find out where the product can be returned. The phone number on the website is never answered and the address is apparently a gas station. The shipping company claims that it does not have an address. I contacted my credit card to stop payment, but Constylish challenged it.

    I purchased items for Christmas my order number it is VG00199275 total ****** I am asking for refund and return which is in there policy within ************************************************************************************************************************************************* jewels. This is false advertising and fraud. They are not allowing me to return or get the refund I asked. I have pictures
