    On 6/8/24 I entered po# VG00143570 for 2 dresses. I received only one dress which was too large & I requested a return. At that point I was advised they do not have a return center in the **. Returning it to ***** was too expensive. Also, when I questioned them about the 2nd dress, they said they shipped it along with the 1st one. I explained that the weight of .13 oz was what the 1 dress weighed. I have tried to communicate the problem with them to no avail.

    On 7/25/24 I placed an order on the Comstylish.com webstite totaling $190.83. The order # is VG00166290; website sais an order confirmation via email would be sent. I never received order confirmation. The Comstylish website has NO phone number to contact customer service. A customer support email address was listed. I emailed customer support asking for confirmation of my order. I did not receive a response. Still no response so I googled customer reviews and saw horrible reviews about the quality of the merchandise, lack of customer support and a failure by ********************** to provide information on how to return merchandise, despite their website saying to make returns through the customer support email. On 8/2/24 I emailed Comsythlish customer support to cancel the order and accept 15% cancellation fee. Again, no response to this email seeking to cancel the order. On August 5th, the merchandise arrived. It is horrible quality, not as described on the website, the sizing is not accurate and they sent items I did not actually order and did not send some of the items I actually ordered. That ************************ 5th, I emailed Comstylish customer support, as directed by their website, to process the return and get the shipping return address. Again, NO response form Comstylish.I filed a dispute/complaint with the credit card company ***** Universal Mastercard) I used to make the purchase and that dispute/complaint is pending. All I want to do is RETURN the merchandise. If you can provide me Comstylish's address for mailing returns, I will gladly ship the merchandise back to them.I have copies of all emails I sent to Comstylish's customer support and verification of my dispute/complain to my credit card company if you need me to provide copies.Lastly, I would note that I believed Comstylish to be a reputable company because they advertised in the *************** to which I am a subscriber.

    transaction date 06/26/2024 Amount $70.98 2 dresses , advertised as Linen blend.Actual items have NO tags , showing description of fabric content , manufacturer , carying instructions or anything else. They do not look and like linen and feel like some king of synthetic fabric , witch I can bot accept. In fact , dresses look like made in some China swetshops.I have requested return shipping instructions and refund 3 times , but company keeps offering me some stupid discount coupons and ignoring my requests.Their website claims that any product could be returned , but in reality company refuses to do that.Again : all I want is product return and refund

    On 5/27/24, I ordered two shirts on line via PayPal from Comstylish as advertised in The Guardian newspaper using my Chase credit card. The shirts were advertised as linen and cotton fabric but, upon receipt turned out to be linen and polyester which is unacceptable to me. Each shirt cost $21.99. Shipping was $8.99 for a total of $52.97. This charge for order #VG00140342 appeared on my credit card bill dated 7/16/24. I communicated by email twice with Comstylish about where I should return these items. In their first response, they said I had to return it to *****, and offered me a 20% discount coupon. In their second response, they offered me a 30% discount coupon. I requested a full reimbursement including shipping since this to me was fraudulent advertising. Both of my requests for resolution were within their return period.

    Bought 4 shirts beginning of June 2024. Took more then 25 days to delivery. I mentioned to them several times to cancel my order the concert was over. They said the items shipped already that I can submit for a refund after I get the items. I submitted for a refund and they said via email that I have to email them again in 5-6 days for return instructions. This is really unacceptable for a company. Still waiting on a reply from them.

I immediately requested *************** online. The business www.Comstylish website has no business address & toll free phone # listed. The business usually replied email response in between 11:00pm - 6:00am.The business has ignored my request / demand for *************** many times via email. Every time the business will offered either 20 or 35 % discount coupon for my next purchase from them. I replied I have no intention of ever purchase any more item from Comstylish ever because once are more than enough. I felted I was cheated, scheme, scam, deceived & fell prey to Comstylish unethical business **************

    I ordered merchandise from this company on March 1, 2024. Per their website they accept returns up to 30 days later. The quality of the merchandise was not what was promised. The writing on the shirts was blurry. It was very low quality printing. I reached out and they offered me $30 to keep the merch because it had to be sent back to *****. I said no i wanted a full refund. The address in the package says **********. I disputed it with PayPal and they told me to dispute with my bank but they said they dont cover quality of items since i gave permission for them to charge me, which i did. I just want to return this item and end this madness.

    I purchased a Christmas outfit (Christmas 2023)consisting of sweater, leggings and socks too be worn for a party. The merchandise got to me way past Christmas in 2 separate shipping one in January 2024 and one in February 2024. On Comstylish website it states that you cannot return merchandise without a return label from them authorizing it. I have emailed them over 4-5 times asking to send me a return label. They refuse to send the return label, because they dont want to refund my money. The company is www.comstylish.com Thank you.
