My 92 year old grandmother was taken advantage of by this company. they were never called and asked for services, Jevah randomly came by knocked on my grandmothers door and asked her if she needed any work done. My grandmother told her there were some blackberries that needed cut down in her backyard. Her crew drove their personal vehicles through the septic field and parked in the backyard. Arrived at 9:30 finished at 4:30. They worked approximately 4 hours. spent the remaining time sitting in their vehicles off and on throughout the day. Charged her $3700! Jevah couldn't provide a statement. She left and went to the library to print some form of statement for her, then couldn't take her card payment so took a photo on her personal cell phone of my grandmothers Discover card! After the job was finished and the crew left 2 workers stayed parked in the field and worked on their vehicles for another hour. I am just sick that a vulnerable senior was taken advantage of in this way!!!Review from Bernadette L

I'm so impressed with this company! This is the second time I have had them take down trees and limb up trees in my yard. They have an amazing crew that works quickly and professionally together. They are so careful not to damage surrounding plants and when they leave, everything is impeccably cleaned up and hauled away. ***** has a wonderful "can do" attitude and gives you a quote based on just the way you want it done, (such as keep the wood or have it hauled away, etc.) I highly recommend ***** and her company!!Review from King R

Great work and experience! I needed some trimming and my hedge trimmed for the first time. They did an amazing job, cleaned up and everything looks amazing. Also got some advice on care and maintenance. Highly recommened!Review from Zebrina W

One Hope **** Service LLC produces ***************. They removed of two overgrown Leyland Cypress trees from our backyard in about 3.5 hours. They were on-time, very professional, with prices that were very reasonable. I highly recommend One Hope **** Service LLC to anyone needing yard work completed. One Hope Tree Service and Construction LLC company has completed two times trees trimming job here, at a large property in *********, ** in 2022nd and 2023rd. The Owner of the business is a very friendly and responsive person. First, I got a reasonable and affordable quote. Second, trees trimming was completed in a professional manner, with compliance of safety and accuracy standards. Lastly, I received the service that I expected from them. This company does very bad service, employees do very bad rough job on trees . They torture trees instead of trimming them carefully. Owner of this company ***** is rough rude woman . She discriminated my nationality. She tortured my favorite tree instead trimming nicely and carefully. This tree wont ever be the same . It is looking so ugly now . Terrible ugly rough job .
