I would give no stars. This ******* crew is out to rob the people blind and doing it like the snakes they are. You can setup a payment plan, they will lie and garnish your wages. They will sue you with no knowledge of it to get a default judgment and then completely ruin your life from that point on. People like this end up on lists like CEOs of insurance companies. Good luck because the people are fighting back against corruption in all aspects.Review from JASON D

High paid big attorneys fighting small individuals for money not even owed to them and therefore they dont have any details or proof or knowledge of the truth yet they bully you and sneak their way into default judgments and then sneak their way into freezing bank accounts then sinking the person and family they were bullying to get richer. Family of 5 took all money making it to where we cant even put gas in cars to keep working cant pay bills so gonna lose house cars and jobs and we have the money in bank but someone whos never met us or knows anything about the situation and without even asking us or allowing us our side of the story and forcing our family on the street eventually. RAUSCH STURM garnished my wages back in September and October 2024. I paid the balance in full. Then in November 2024 I got a notification through ***** that I would be garnished again in December for the same amount. I knew this was a mistake. I immediately called them. They said this s a mistake on their part but they are showing I owe a "consumer fee" of $242. I set that up in two different payments. Half one week and the other half the next. They said not to worry my check would not be garnished since they are showing I have already fulfilled the garnishment. Here we are 12/12/2024 and my check got garnished. I called them back and they said the lawyer just signed off on it yesterday so it must not have went through before the garnishment took place. I told them that's why I called them a month ago to get this handled. Now I am $189 short on my check this week causing me financial distress. I asked when my refund would be issued and to make sure the same thing won't happen next week. They couldn't give me any for sure answers just that I would be reimbursed eventually and call them back next Friday. This is absolutely ridiculous.Review from Kenneth P

This attorneys office works as a Debt collector for various different companies. A file lawsuit for these companies to attempt a recovery for funds claimed owed. And the lawsuit, they misrepresent their phone number as being a direct line on a court document. If you are representing yourself pro se you cannot get in touch with the attorney ever. You only get a debt collection. answering service. Somebody should hold these people accountable. My case has been dismissed by the debt collection company, but has yet to be dismissed by the attorneys who filed the case in court. Still waiting for something in writing.Review from Abdullah N

Negotiated a settlement deal. Started paying off the settled amount. But the account keeps showing the original debt amount and my payment being subtracted from that instead of the settled amount. Called multiple times over multiple months and emailed multiple times but no response. Terrible firm. Cant even get a phone call back.Review from Bre'Anna P

Never spoke with anyone from this law firm, they illegally did a civil court case without properly informing me in May 2023, I just became aware of this Nov 2024. I called them it has been 7 business days, and I have yet to receive a response back.Review from Melinda N

This Law office is not working to help us get our debt paid. They are working against us. We all have the same complaint. Is there anything that can be done for us to get our debt settled!!! This law office takes your information then blocks your account. They even give you the telephone number and extensions but no one picks up the phone just hangs up. We are trying to do the right thing but to no avail. Can someone please help us? Or direct us to what we can do.Review from samantha e

I agreed to a payment arrangement and made my first payment and then they stopped answering the phones and restricted my online account so I couldnt make another payment. Ive called, sent them messages, nothing back from them.Review from Kaleo M

Terrible humans, paid off debt in May and here we are in July with new charges and fees apparently that were missed before. Absolutely trash humans. The debt in question. I had stage 4c cancer was dying on hospice and survived, God forbid and now I am in medical debt because America and I wanted to live to watch my kids grow up. I should have **** **********. I know better now.
