Placed a call with the ******* ** service shop representative at 1030am while they were open they said someone would be to my driver around 1pm ASAP and it's not 1530 and no one has showed up still or called my driver he has now been on the side on the interstate for over 5 hours No the office is closed and their after hours has no information of the call this is after they took my card info and took over 250p put of my account for the call and 2 tires. Had I know this I would have used ** ****** ******* ** *******Review from Martin C

went to them for a blown fuse... $214 later they fixed 1 fuse...and stole another and were going to charge me for the re-diagnostic, replacement, etc..;. I'm glad I went elsewhere.Review from Michelle S

Scheduled new tires for my 35 ft *********. Spoke with *** and ****. They were great. They are the reason why I went with Pomps. Picked it up, drove it about half way home. Something was not right. Its now after store hours. Drove it about half hour. My husband chexked the tires. The rear passenger side, inside tire was flat. So being that Pomps was closed, I called and emailed. **** left me a message saying that their service guy was going to call ** shortly. He did. *****. After a short conversation, we decided to leave it at a Burger King. That he would be out first thing in the morning. ***** found the stem on the tire was either reused or faulty. He was great, as well as *** and ****. HOWEVER, there is alot riding on these tires. The caps were not put on as well. The only reason why I would recommend Pomps is the customer **********************. Other than that, I guess I try some place else.Review from Justin W

Take your money without doing any service took my truck in for an $87 alignment, they told me that they couldnt do it because a wheel bearing was a little loose I said I would replace it. Then when I showed up to get vehicle they said I owed them $57 for an inspection. Went in for an $87 alignment and paid $57 and got nothing. Sure sounds like theft to me. This is for the ******* location.
