I have called multiple times and no answer and my tolls have screwed me. I have been calling for over a week and been. Listening to the music for 20 30 mins at a time. This is horrible. Going to have to send a certified letter for a response .Review from Daniel P

waited an hour and a half to speak to someone, connection was impossible to hear with representative who then disconnected from the call before I could pay my account. I was not given an account number only a telephone number. Unable to pay online due to lack of account number.Review from Vanessa J

No one answers at customer service no matter what time you call DURING BUSINESS HOURS. Got a bill for nearly $1500 connected to **** (*** **** ******* **********) which is basically ******* and we all know ******* is impossible to contact regarding errors in billing and payments. Now ******* is using this company to tie those bills to ********** State income taxes. There is no way to speak with anyone and discuss financial hardships, contest errors or even make payment arrangements if the payments are actually owed. The charges they reference are impossible to track within the ******* system.Review from Mark H

I received a toll charge for $114 for two separate vehicles that my wife and I drive. I have my own E-ZPass account, and she has hers. This is a scam because ************** sends tolls by mail, not through a collection agency! We pay separately and are both up to date, so it’s clear this is fraudulent. Be cautious—illegal collection agencies often send fake notices to scare people into paying. Always verify toll charges directly with your E-ZPass account online or by calling their customer service. Never provide personal or payment information to unverified sources. Report scams like this to the proper authorities, such as the ************************ (***) or your states attorney generals office. Protect yourself and stay vigilant!
