            I purchased a Clorox Winter Ball that was advertised for sale on the TotalHill website. The website noted that I would receive a confirmation email with my order number as soon as the order was placed. That did not happen. Instead, my ****** account was charged and the item was never shipped and the seller has not responded to inquiries. This appears to be a scam operation.

            9-15-24. Ordered a can of kilz paint. Paid using ****** and funds were withdrawn immediately from my bank account. Order product online. Payment was processed but product was never received. I have called - disconnected. I have emailed and tried to track package with no response. Now I see it is a scam

            Feeling like you have been ripped off due to no confirmation email of product purchase or confirmation email of product order number or phone call explaining why charges were removed from my account but no product is being shipped it's just sad and bad business and actual name should be linked to the better Business bureau of the people who set this stuff up for others to fail there are good businesses out there .

            I placed 2 orders with them that were both $28.55. The payments were made through ******. After a few days with no email confirmation of the orders I began trying to contact them. I sent several emails and tried contacting them by phone. I got no response from them. I filed a dispute with ****** for one order and with the credit card company for the other. Both claims were handled and the stop payments were granted. I do not need the BBB to facilitate a resolution for me. I just wanted others to be aware that this company has no intention of providing a product. They just want to take your money.

            I placed order for a vacuum cleaner part paid for the item received a tracking number and an order number and then nothing. The email does not get returned don’t get answered phone number is disconnected and now I am out $32 for the park that I ordered. Scam artists and I wish somebody would shut them down and refund everybody that’s been ripped off by them.

            I paid 20$ total to get a eletric scooter for my teen it's been days and i am still not able to track my order they won't contact me back via email and phone number extremely disappointed and unsatisfied I thought I was gonna be getting my teen a scooter to get to and from work but now I've only lost 20$ dollars and gained nothing at all...please help. I don't need a refund if I get my item but I don't then I want a full refund because I wasted my money on something that was never going to come. Please take this to mind and have sympathy I simply want the scooter I paid for or my money back not looking for any trouble whatsoever...thank you.

            Order placed with ************* with payment through ****** on August 4, 2024. The product was never shipped to me. When I placed a complaint with ******, Totalhill gave ****** a bogus ***** tracking number. The tracking number was to my same town, but not my address. So ****** thinks the product was delivered to me, but it was not. ****** is denying my request for a refund. Totalhill is scamming everyone and getting away with it.
