    Ive complained several times to the property management company and maintenance staff about several issues in my apartment that need to be addressed and fixed immediately. There is black mold on the ceiling and behind the bathtub titles. Some of the tiles have rotten away and fallen off the wall. In the corner of the bathtub floor has water damage and mold as well. I was told by the office to paint over the ceiling and to glue new tiles back on wall or caulk the tiles. Also during inspections of the apartment, I have mentioned these issues and go ignored. Inspector just says he will note it. Nothing has ever been resolved. And I was also told that the issues will be fixed when I move out. The company has not offered to move me into another unit/place that is updated. The stove also needs to be replaced. I have serious health issues and cannot live in these conditions. As it is a huge health hazard. Cheyenne doesnt have much ********** housing available that I could relocate to or the waiting list is too long. Ive done some research on the owner and property management company, and found several complaints against them and found out that they are also not an accredited company. I will be reaching out to the Cheyenne ***************** and local news stations to inform the public of this matter as well.

    Horrible company. A washer has been broken and full of water for 6 months plus..The maintenance man drained it and flooded my apartment causing 3 fans and a dehumidifier to be running in my apartment for 5 days,over 200 hours. The floor drain in the laundry room is nonfunctional and wasn't fixed in a timely manner which caused my apartment to flood a second time in 3 weeks. Despite being told by the technician at *** ********* it would cause more flooding if the drain wasn't fixed ,CPMG and Frank there maintenance man, instructed the tech to go ahead and fix it anyway. I was then lied to and told *** ***** was here Friday, 10/28, and they fixed the drainage issue. I then called *** ***** and they informed me they were here Friday but were scheduled to fix it Monday but Frank called and canceled yesterday. I asked for some kind of concessions on rent for November for all the stress and mental anguish this has caused plus wages I've lost from work having to take off and deal with this. But was told none would be given and nobody is accepting fault for my apartment flooding twice and CPMG is being negligent and haven't dealt with their maintenance issues that I have a canceled maintenance request for on 7/18/22..
