If I could give them 0 I will. They never show up and they never fix anything! There is a leak in the bathroom ceiling and no one has come and fix it since may!!!

I would give a zero star if I could. The office staff is rude, inconsiderate, judgmental asshats. We've made many maintenance requests, in which never gets a response. In the beginning we did call and tell them our garage disposal wasn't working. The owner randomly without noticed showed up one day to fix our garage disposal. He was nice but we didn't appreciate the fact we had no idea he was coming and no heads up. But I do give it to him for politely taking off his shoes upon entering. My mom's immune compromised and a double lung transplant. So we try to keep germs to a minimal and it showed he read the sign on our door. HOWEVER, all other requests since then like the fact we've had mold growing under our bathroom sink since we've moved in. We've had to use tilex and bleach to continuously clean because it keeps growing back. Our dishwasher is falling apart, our toilet seat pin keeps coming out so it's unsturdy and falls off. As well as, the whole building is limited to 1 very small washer and 1 dryer. The dryer has been broken for over a month now. Many people have called this in to the office and maintenance crew. We had our Periodic inspection today. The short, rude, disrespectful man that came refused to put shoe booty's on that we supplied and kindly asked for. Because I just spent two hours this morning deep cleaning our appartment including mopping the floors. He refused in a smug, rude way for no reason. He continues to walk all throughout the appartment with his nasty boots taking pictures. I know it was fast and to some people it's whatever but not to us. To his comment "it's just a rental" this rental is what we pay monthly rent for and made it into our home even with it being temporary. All we asked for was some respect but CMPG doesn't know what that is. DO NO RENT FROM CMPG PROPERTIES!!!! It will save you a continuous headache. They don't care about the property, the people or the landscape. I can go on and on about the terrible situations...

My daughter and I moved in in March. The only nice staff is the girl in the front desk. The lady in another office has such a bad attitude. The walkway into the building is very dangerous for anyone walking in or out of the building. I broke my foot because of the walkway. Also our building is the worst in the area. They charge ***** a month for dropping of a check for rent. I encouage anyone looking for a place to live, not use CHPG.

Moved into a house and there was rusty fishing hooks everywhere. I had to take my yorkie to the vet after he stepped on one in the house. We had a list of complaints that never got fixed. Including pubic hair in the downstairs bathroom, clogged washer, and no furnace filter. When we left they charged us 450 dollars for “cleaning” even though I had it progressional cleaned. I’ve rented in many states and this is the worst property management I’ve seen. I feel bad for any future tenants and owners who use them to rent their homes
