Worst company you will ever do business with. Please read their reviews F RATING that explains how you will be treated. ***** their salesperson will promise you the world but absolutely nothing will happen until you have paid them 95 percent of the contract price upfront. THAT will give you a very uneasy feeling. At that point you will not hear much from ***** anymore and you will be REQUIRED to communicate by COMPUTER ONLY with **** and ******.They are extremely rude and will tell you they have no answers for planning and scheduling. When you do try and ask questions, theyll gaslight you and blame you for things not being scheduled or ready yet. They will say we use subcontractors and they do not have any control over them. ***** will not explain this to you. YOU HAVE GIVEN THEM 90PERCENT OF CONTRACT PRICE TO HEAR THIS! Also they will start sending you threats of extra charges before anything has been done ***** will not tell you this .Once you receive your house after the set you will be asked to pay in full 100 percent of contract before they will finish the inside .After you pay this they will AGAIN tell you they have no idea when they will finish your house .Unfortunately I was in another state when my house was finished. The house had numerous problems. Entire house covered in dust,4 cut heater ducts, slider will not lock, almost no attic insulation. I was supposed to get a credit for crane I provided. NEVER HAPPENED! THE ENTIRE PROCESS WAS ABSOLUTELY MISERABLE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

    Hi ****,

We're sorry to hear that you aren't satisfied with the process. To address your concerns; the signed contract clearly outlines when payments for the contract costs are due. These due dates and amounts were agreed upon when executing and signing the contract, before the home was ever ordered or built.

Per company policy, communications with Factory Homes and the customer regarding the project are to take place via ***********, our project management system. This is so that all parties are kept abreast on any questions or updates, and communications can be reviewed at any time, by any party that needs to do so.

Per the signed contract, Factory Homes cannot guarantee any dates. Additionally, Factory Homes was only contracted to deliver, set, and finish the home. All site work needed to prepare for home delivery was the responsibility of the customer to arrange and schedule.

Finish on your home was completed by Champion Homes, the factory of origin. Finish of the home was scheduled directly between the factory and the customer.

Per the signed contract, the customer is responsible for home cleaning. Additionally, Champion does carry a warranty program for items a customer is not satisfied with. ********************************************* has no evidence of any claims being submitted.

The contract states that all costs associated with cranes will be the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, crane costs were not included in the signed agreement, and therefore we do not have a credit to give for this item.

Again, we are sorry that you feel unsatisfied with the process, however Factory Homes has completed all of the items we were contracted to.
