I placed an order from ********* on March 9, 2022 at 4:49. The order number is ********* and total was $34.86. Once the order was picked up by the delivery driver I watched the tracker every few minutes. After the order was supposed to be delivered I continued to wait. The order never arrived. I attempted to call Skip the Dishes at ************** but, ***************** the phone was busy. I tried several times and never got through to speak with anyone. I would not normally make a formal complaint about a company but this is not the first time that this has happened to me with Skip the Dishes. This is not a company that I will ever use again. I would like a refund.Business response

I made an order from SkipTheDishes and asked for the item to be returned. It was Absolut Vodka and the price was 20.09 CAD with a final amount of 24.09 CAD. The order was placed on March 4 at 12:49 AM. The order number was #*********. I spoke with chat support and they indicated that the item was delivered. Their courier indicated that I accepted the item after initially refusing to take it. This information is false as I never received the item from Amandeep after asking him to return it. I want a full refund and I would like resolution for the theft on their part. ************************************************************************************Business response

On June 20, 2021, I placed an order with skipthedishes on my credit card. skipthedishes was unable to place my order, and refunded me in "Skip Credits." I then placed another order immediately using those credits, but the order was incorrect (it had missing items). After contacting skipthedishes, they eventually refunded me in "Skip Credits" for the amount of the missing items. Also, and unfortunately I can't remember the exact details, there was a mistake in how my credit card had been charged. The skipthedishes agent told me there was nothing he could do on his end, and told me to inform my financial institution. So, I contacted my financial institution, and they told me that I had to cancel my credit card, which I did. Today (March 4, 2022), I attempted to make an order on skipthedishes, but kept getting an error saying that there as a problem with my payment. I contacted skipthedishes, and they said that, because I had contacted my financial institution, they would no longer accept any orders from my account. I have "Skip Credits" on this app, and it appears I can't even access them. There was no attempt to resolve this issue by skipthedishes.Business response

I ordered lunch today (March 3, 2022) through skip the dishes. I gave them clear instructions on where to deliver my food and waited in the lobby of my workplace. I watched as the status turned to delivered without receiving my lunch. I immediately went outside to find it. Courier and product were nowhere to be found. I contacted Skip's customer service team over five times via chat, email, and two attempts by phone but they do not have phone service available right now. I was told I would get a call from a supervisor but only received an email. Every time they refused to provide a refund on the basis that I have asked for refunds too many times in the past. However every refund I have ever requested from them has been for missing items or not delivered food. They kept saying they were sorry they didn't meet my expectations - my expectation of receiving the food I pay for? For being reimbursed when I do not receive it? They continue to refuse to refund me without providing proof (photo) that it was delivered. Because it wasn't. They did not reach out to me by phone and every live chat agent I spoke to (3 - Ravinder G and Ana M among them) used the same canned replies as everyone else to tell me they could not provide me with a refund *************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** I have not yet been helped and am positive I will not receive a call nor a refund. ***************************Business response

On the 20th of February I ordered delivery through their app. The app said the food was delivered but the driver never came. I tried contacting customer service, but I was blocked or ignored. Eventually after an hour and a half I just drove there myself to pick it up. I paid them to deliver me food, but they never did, I contacted them asking for a refund, but they said they couldn't do it. I paid them to do a job, and they never did it, but took my money anyway. ************************************** After informing them of this, they did nothing to mitigate this, at this point I think a refund as the very least of what I'm entitled to.Business response
