I have been trying to return this faulty aio for awhile with problems from *** not picking the item up. I complain to *** and am told all they can do is schedule another pickup. And they still don't pick it up. I then go back and forth with newegg support about it and again. "Nothing else we can do" I have full chat conversations saved to my email if neededInitial Complaint

I ORDERED A MONITOR FOR MY BIRTHDAY FIRST TIME BUYING FROM NEWEGG CAUSE EVERYONE RECOMMENDED IT THEN SAYS DELIVERED AND I NEVER RECEIVED IT WTF I CHECKED ALL MY FROMT YARD. Either my driver stole it or never dropped it off or someone else stole itttttt im actually going to cry i paid like 550$ I want my monitor or atleast my money back im happy with either resolution. My account was blocked after a legitimate purchase on 11/26/2024, Newegg could not provide a reason for the block and admitted that all orders with the same address will be flagged and the account will be blocked. They claim I will never be able to access the site again and could not provide any reason.Initial Complaint

On November 18th I ordered a motherboard for a gaming computer. The initial order was placed as a backorder because the item wasn't in stock. At this time I had not been charged for the product.On November 20th, Newegg notified me that my order had been fulfilled and would be shipping. Shortly after, I received an email with a tracking number and an estimated arrival of November 22nd. At this point, my credit card was charged.On November 21st, I received an email that there was an error in shipping and the package needed to be recalled. This email assured me that my product would be shipped once the error was resolved.On November 25th, I had not heard any update on my product shipping. I sent an email to the customer support team of ****************** requesting a more detailed explanation as to what had happened and when I should expect my product to ship. The following day I received a response from customer support that was almost exactly the automated response I received on the 21st.I ***lied the same day asking for specific details as to what was wrong with the product that it needed to be recalled. I suggested that there was not actually a product and this was being done to inflate Black Friday sales numbers. On the 27th a customer service *** said that they needed the original package back before being able to ship a ***lacement.On November 29th, the package was received by the Newegg warehouse. I was notified that my order was being refunded because they were out of stock.I would like them to ship the product they claimed they said they were going to ship. I do not believe the product they shipped in the initial shipment was what I ordered and they were using the sale to inflate sales numbers. If they were truly out of stock they should have returned my money and converted the order to a backorder until they could fulfill the order. I now need to wait for the refund to process before I can attempt to purchase a ***lacement from another vendor.Initial Complaint

My account has been locked for over a week now and any attempts i make to get it fixed isnt successful whatsoever. **** keeps saying they cant send a OTP to a phone number thats in my name and ive had for months now. its a constant loophole of failing verification and being told someone will reach out to me which nobody ever does. i dont even want to do business with this Bank anymore. I want my account closed permanently & funds mailed to my address on file. i dont even care to get my account unlocked anymore, i can show complete proof of ownership over the number i have on file with ********** theres no reason the bank cant send a code to me. i only have 1 cellphone number and its through Straight Talk. I Want My Checking Account CLOSED & my $1500 mailed to my address on file. i do not wish to proceed with doing business with ********** this experience has been the worst banking experience ive ever had. i was having 0 issues until i needed to change the PIN for my debit card and ive been locked out of my account with no access to my money since. ill even submit my ID with this claim so i can further verify IM WHO I SAY I AM. CLOSE MY ACCOUNT ALLY & STOP GIVING ME A RUNAROUND FOR MY DARN MONEY! im sick of this ill even submit my credit cards that i own, i have 0 issues with my credit card companies but for whatever reason this awful bank has been giving me a hard time using my account and claiming my number isnt in my name.Initial Complaint

On 6 November 2024 I placed an order with New Egg for a Corsair i8100 Computer for $3658.18.New Egg shipped it but it was returned by **** saying it could not be delivered to my APO due to having a battery. New Egg received the Computer back on 15 November. That same day I called New Egg for resolution. On 15 November I was informed I would receive a full refund within 2-3 days. On 20 November I had not received the refund and again called New Egg. After being informed on 15 November they would start the refund process, as of 20 November no refund process has begun,The **************** agent again told me they would start the refund process and I would receive a refund in full in 2 to 3 days. As of 23 November no refund had been received and I contacted my bank to dispute the charge as I was getting what I considered less than helpful service and did not have the item or the 3658 dollars I paid to New Egg.I again spoke with New Egg on 25 November and was informed since I disputed the Claim they would not refund my money until I cancelled the Complaint. On 26 November at New Eggs request I cancelled the complaint per their request. They are now saying they "cannot" refund my money because of a charge back. The *************** **************************** has cancelled the claim and as such I should get my refund. In the attachments ***** from New Egg says I am due a full refund yet they are not doing such. I believe there is a difference between "can't" and "won't".This is a substantial amount of money and there is no fault of mine, I wanted the product but since it wasn't delivered and they have it back in their hands I would like my money back.Thank you for any assistance you can render..Initial Complaint

Placed order # ********* (Invoice #*********) on 10/15/2024. Ordered 6 computer parts to build computer. Upon receiving the parts from Newegg, the *** Ryzen 7 5800X *** was an open box that had been resealed and was used, I purchased a new item. Submitted return order on 10/22/2024 (Return # ********) with the following explanation: [item **********]-Purchased a new ***, received a previously installed and used item. The *** has markings on the top and the box was taped up showing that it has been opened prior. Have not installed it.Newegg response is that the part they sent was from a different vendor and could not replace it. Sent 5 plus emails, Newegg stops responding. Requested to speak with a Newegg representative, no response. Of the $958 order, this part is $161. The part Newegg sent was used, I have witnesses that observed the used part when unboxing the parts and financial records proving I've not purchased, acquired, or ever purchased a *** from this vendor they refer to. Newegg does not provide customer a record (part # / serial #), there was no packing slips in the box to confirm parts list. I offered to provide any financial data to help resolve this issue with no avail.Initial Complaint

Hello Newegg, i had a fraudulent transaction pop up on my statement from your company. in the amount of $4200 and ive NEVER done business or shopped with this company before. Ive attempted to reach out via email to let you guys know the account and whatever order was placed using my credit card number is unauthorized and needs to be canceled ASAP. I purchased a 9800x3d processor from Newegg. Received my package only to open it and find out the processor was not in the box. The only thing in the box was a bubble pack. This box does not look tampered with AT ALL so this is not a carrier issue but a Newegg issue. I have opened a claim with Newegg and they instantly denied it saying that they have checked with their warehouse and it was indeed put in the box. IT ABSOLUTELY WAS NOT. I even provided them pictures. So now Im out $500+ and dont have anything to show for it. If Newegg is unwilling to help, my next step is a chargeback. So I ask you to actually take care of this issue Newegg.Business response

I oredered a asus tuf 4080 super graphics card from newegg and when the package came it was not inside instead it was two items i didnt order on top of that the package was partially opened The items I recieved were a 650 watt power supply and a computer mouse. I immediately contacted them told them what happened they told me to take pictures and return the items and they would take care of it. I did exactly what they said immediately. A week and a half goes by and they tell me that they are not going to process the return i called to see what was wrong and they proceeded to tell me the computer items i recieved did not come from them and they did not sell these items at the same time they told me this i noticed that they do actually sell the same items they said they didnt sell After about a hour of getting nowhere i was finally told that they wont replace the item nor will i be recieving any refund. They sent the wrong order back to me without any resolution and they wont respond to any emailsBusiness response
