    I purchased these items 04/07/2024 and they promised to have items delivered within 7-14 business days. I've contacted them several times with no results. I would like a FULL REFUND.

    I ordered two track suits from them on March 31st. Full payment has been made. It's May 22nd and I have emailed their help people roughly ten times and they keep making excuses and now won't even respond. I paid $110.00 and got nothing but a waste of time. The waste of time is worse than having $110.00 stolen from me. They are a scam company.

    I purchased a sweat suit from the SneakGallery website on 2.9.24.The package never arrived so I reached out on 3.9.24 where they advised they received an abundance of orders and had a hard time fulfilling orders but assured me that my order would be en route shortly.I reached out on 3.31.24 for an update and was told to expect the order within 1-2 weeks.The order was not received and on 4.6.24, I received an email with tracking details advising that my order was on the way.It is exactly one month since I received that tracking number and **** is still awaiting the package. I have been given the run around for 3 months for this order and throughout this time, I have asked multiple times to just issue a refund, only to be ignored and pacified with its on the way.I need this resolved.

    I made an online purchase in mid February 2024 and as of May 5 still have not received my order. When I email I get generic responses saying that the order is on its way and issued tracking numbers only to have the item never be received by the courier.

    On Feb 17th, 2024 I ordered a jacket from an online Company. Sneak Gallery. The total cost was $112.50. I was told it would be delivered in 2-3 weeks. I emailed at week 3, and was told it would be 2-3 weeks, Emailed again and the same responses which are generated by what seems to be an automated response. I used AfterPay to pay for the item. I have not yet received the item nor have a gotten any closer to getting the item or info on when it will actually arrive as the statement is always the same. I looked the company up on ******** and several people say they are scammers as they have been waiting on items for months. I want my items I ordered or at this point a full refund.

    I purchased a Christmas gift on December 10th from the company that i did receive in time for Christmas. The issue with 1 of the items received was a large blue stain on a varsity jacket that very obvious. I sent an email to the company immediately with a picture of the item attached and they advised i didnt need to return the damage item but they would provide me only with a store credit. I then repurchased the same varsity jacket with the store credit on January 27th and never received a trqckinng number at first. Due to constant emailing i finally received a tracking number on February 21st but no shipping date or Estimated delivery. I continued emailing the company who in response had no answer and advised due to multiple orders shipment was delayed and i would be receiving a arrival date soon. I still have not received the item and the company is refusing to refund the money spent on the jacket. They keep giving credit when i keep explaining to them i will never purchase another item due to the lack of accountability when it comes to product being damaged nor received and the last email i received was that the package possibly has been lost in transit.
