    Seller doesnt communicate. Seller says 7 to 10 business days for shipping. Order was placed January 28th 2023. Seller hasnt provided any recent tracking information.

    I placed an order on 12/18 for a jacket and a jump suit for $225. On 12/21 I started emailing daily to cancel this order. I got reply saying it will be sent out soon. The tracking number provided shows a label was created on 12/27. As of today 1/3/23 the tracking still shows the label created only and that *** has not gained possession of this item: Ive been emailing daily requesting a refund due to the item not being sent out and the reviews of scams. I keep getting ignored. I want a refund. Item never received.

    Around November 13, 2022, I purchased a jacket from SNEAK GALLERY online. The order number is ******. *** attempted numerous times to find out where my order is but I keep being told its in the shipping process and no other information can be given. The emails Ive received can give me no other information and I have requested a refund. They stated they cannot give a refund because its in shipping mode, and I have to wait two weeks. Its been more than two weeks since Ive ordered and no longer want to deal with this company. I have no control over the computers or what mode the order is in and would like a refund immediately.

    I place an order with them on march 14th I received it on march 24th I tried the Jacket on and it was to small so I returned it with *** on march 25th it got delivered and signed on march 30th back to sneak gallery! They it takes two weeks for an in store credit and its been well over two weeks Ive tried contacting them through email and I always get letter back saying it take up to two weeks but as you can tell it been well over two weeks and all I want is my refunds.

    I placed an order for a jogging suit for my daughter birthday, she came home from deployment i oredered a week in advance as the site says **** business days, well my child has come and gone. It took 30 days to receive my product when i ask for a refund its store credit only. DO NOT SHOP WOTH THIS SCAM OF A PLACE. Who doesnt offer refunds? I dont want your product. Its not even good quality

    order ****** placed on 2/20/22. Order delivered on 3/2/22 and return request RMA# VDPLJ7E8 submitted on same day. Jacket ordered does not look like pictures online, irregular fit, and poorly made, threads and strings everywhere. Purchased jacket for $150. Requested refund because Im afraid to order anything else from website, for fear of poor quality and irregularities. Sneak Gallery states they offer refunds in special cases, but always allow returns for merchandise credit. Ive submitted return request, customer support request, email customer service twice since 3/2/22 and have yet to receive reply. Sneak gallery provides ***** hrs time frame for response and time has passed. Please help me to get a refund. All I want is to send their merchandise back and be refunded.
