    On November 21, 2023 I completed a purchase through the stores online website. The total of the purchase was ******usd. The order number was #****** and confirmed. The confirmation email claimed that it would take **** days to receive the order and I understood that the company was in the midst of the Black Friday purchase rush. Ive reached out to the company on different occasions including the most recent time which was January 2, ****. I have never even received a shipping email. At this point I would prefer to just get my money back. Im no longer interested in doing business with this company.

    I purchased a pair of shoes in December 26, 2023, I received a tracking number, and as of today it is still saying "The delivery date will be provided as soon as possible." I am just looking for my merchandise to be ddelivered.

    Place an order on August 24, 2023 for $108.25 for 4 T/shirts. Still havent received my order. *** asked for a refund but they are ignoring my emails. They created a label on September 26, ******************** go away. So call package hasnt been picked up by *** and is still there at the warehouse. *** asked for a refund several times because its obvious they dont have the product.

    I placed an order for a jacket for my sons birthday on 8/24/23, his birthday is 9/22. A second order was placed for a sweatsuit to ship to my daughter in college. Original shipping timeframe was **** business days. I emailed to inquire my purchase being shipped on September 7th, 11th and 18th. Each time I received a template apologizing for the shipment delay, and notified I would recess 10% off code for my next shipment. I have yet to receive that discount code, and explanation for the delay, nor neither one of my orders have shipped out as of today, the 20th business day.

    On 3/10/2023 I ordered a two-pieced fleece material gold jogging suit order #****** total of $100. The items were received on 3/22/2023. Immediately upon receiving the items, I noticed they were damaged. There are stains around the hood and sleeve of the jogging suit top. And there is a snag/hole in the pants. So I emailed the company because there is no phone number to reach them. On 3/24, I received an email back saying my request was being reviewed and ***** was given as a reference. On 3/26 I submitted the form to start the return request which ***# 3EQFIHJI was given. In the email it stated the instructions would be soon sent on how to return. On 4/2 received an email from ******* stating they could start the return process and explained the *** process. I responded back on 4/2 that I had already done it and heard nothing. On 4/12, I receive an email from ********* stating that due to heavy increase in traffic response is taking longer than normal. I still never received a response and it is now beyond their 30 day window.
