    I had purchased a product from this business. It did not come. Everytime I called or emailed I was told that it would be rushed out to me as soon as the product was back in stock. I took it on faith. I also ordered from another company (spekter tactical), which after investigating is the same company, and the same thing happened. I did get it touch and was promised a partial refund as they continued to charge me a monthly fee which I cancelled long ago. Now they wont answer my emails or phone calls or texts. It is a lot of money and I cannot stand being lied to.

    I ordered two lighters the end of May 2021 for nearly $70. One for my significant other and one for myself. I thought it would take a few weeks to arrive, I know sometimes some websites can take few months to deliver like wish. It has been over a year now. I believe I called months ago and got no answer but I tried today and spoke to a really nice representative. Shed said they had an issue with many orders and not having enough product, I should expect something within the next two weeks or so. She gave me my order number (3EEB7674EE) and confirmed my address just in case. Im hoping that what she said was the situation and all will be good and Ill receive my lighters soon. Reading these reviews does not make me hopeful. But as long as I can get my money refunded Ill be ok. Companies have had it rough the last few years so I hope they get back on track.

    I was promised 2 refunds, only received one on 24th may 2022.Was to receive the 2nd refund within 2 weeks, have not received it.This was all from BBB complaint #******** after you contacted AFS from first complaint. Only took about 3 to 4 days to get refund. Now I am Getting run around on 2nd refund It's been over 2 weeks and I am Fed up , I would like to put this behind me. It's been 6 months Total . Please help!

    On 4/20/21 purchased 2 walking sticks for total cost $177.85 from American Family Survival, **********, **, on the company website . My order # F5967A7CF8. *************** by email several times but did not receive my order/product and eventually requested a refund of $177.85 and provided a PayPal account to receive refund as instructed. Did not receive refund and was advised that my request would go to a supervisor. Try to email company recently and by email was not deliverable to the company.     I ordered 2 survival lighters and 2 Chargers for the lighters fro American family survival Company. I have cotacted them 3 times since Purchase date January 19 ****************************** refund After price of $123.87 was charged to my card that day. Only response Was 2 weeks Secound attempt 2 Weeks , 3 attempt no response Except was I satisfied or not with Way their agent handled the problem . No agent contacted me.They have no phone number only Support email to contact. I would Like my money refunded.

    On Oct 30th 2021, I purchased three lighters from American Family Survival for a total of $88.95 that was paid for on my credit card. My original order had a couple extra items that were mistakenly put on my order, but AFS refunded those items immediately. So the total in dispute is the $88.85 I emailed the company customer service about 5 weeks later as I had not received the items, and was told that they would probably ship in the next couple of weeks. I did not receive them and have subsequently emailed them multiple times and have gotten the same response and now no more responses since I asked them to refund my money.

    I had placed an order with American Family Survival on 03/18/2022 (order #****) for an item that they advertised. When I processed my online order, the funds from banking institution was withdrawn.After waiting approximately 3 weeks and not heard back from this company about the status of my order, I reached out to AFS to get an update on when I could expect my item to ship. I was told that my order was in back order and will ship in two weeks.I reached out to them on May 2nd to follow up, and again I was told to check back in 2 weeks. After being told that, I informed the company that I am no longer willing to wait for the item and requested to cancel my order and be refunded. Since then I have reached out through Emails and telephone messages and not heard back!I feel that this company is not doing business in good faith, that this transaction could be fraudulent and/or a scam.After requesting multiple times for a refund for a item that they have not processed to be shipped, this company has ghosted me as a customer.

    On November 13 2021 I saw a commercial for a waterproof lighter to light campfires..bonfires etc..I ordered for my son for a Christmas present. I ordered 1 and paid for it with my bank account..the amount was $48.85 which they took payment from my bank on November 15 2021. I was told I would receive it in 2 weeks..never happened..I emailed them..they told me my order was running late..this happened several times..I then asked for my money back..I was told they ran out of the product and they didn't expect such a high volume sales..I kept requesting my money back but they never returned my money nor did I receive the lighter..I have tried to contact them but can't get thru..it's been 6 months that I have been trying to settle this..they will not respond..I would like to have my money back..this is so upsetting and disappointing!

    In November 2021 I placed an order for three survival lighters and three solar chargers as Christmas gifts, the money was taken out of my bank account. I have contacted them via email more than 10 times since then and I keep being told to be patient and keep waiting. And have called several times but no one ever answers the phone , The recording says call back during regular business hours. I finally asked for a refund and they told me I was on a priority list and my product should be shipped out soon it is now mid April 20 ********************************************* a refund.
