    I placed an order with this company on 2/2/2022. On the website it says delivery takes up to 21 days and occasional delays occur. On 2/28/2022 I inquired and was told that the expected timeframe for my order to be shipped was ***** days. I did not hear anything and Im the 14th business day after the last communication, on 3/20/2022, I inquired again and stated that I wanted my order to be canceled. I did not get a reply. I have sent two more inquiries on 3/21/2022 and 3/23/2022. I attempted to call and got a message that their office was closed and to call back during their office hours (I did call within office hours) or to email and they would reply within 24 hours, which has not happened. My order number is AFS7042 with a total of $412.84. I would like a total refund at this point.

    hello, i regrettably ordered a Tac-Staff which is a multifunction walking staff. I see by other reviews that I'm not alone. They took my money and then proceded to lead me on 12 days at a time for months till i gave up giving them more time for covid. it's been 10 months. the phone number automatically tells you to call back during regular business hours no matter what time you try. and now they are just trying to string me along again. I ordered it on 05/09/2021. My order number is 28DB9EB235. I paid ***** for the product and **** for lifetime warranty for a grand total of ******.

    This company continues to charge my bank account $39.99 monthly. I did purchase two survival lighters from them about a year ago which were paid for using my debit card and they have continued charging me ever since.

    The monthly charge you are receiving is for our digital survival courses and ebooks. It was opted in for with the selection of the free bonus lighter at checkout. We do put a disclaimer that selecting that is the opt in for the monthly subscription charge. I went ahead and cancelled your subscription as well as resent you your login information and order confirmation. You will have access to the courses and ebooks still without any further charges.

    On November 19th at 1:23 am i paid American Family Survival for two lighters, using my credit card on line for the price of $61.94 that includes the charge of $6.95 shipping cost .I have emailed this company several times as to where my lighters are and i get the same response that the current ETA on shipping of the lighters is an additional ***** business days and that i'll receive a tracking confirmation email once it's shipped.I have tried calling them and i have also sent more emails to customer support and they tell me the same thing.

    I have attached screen shots from all the transactions that were deducted without my knowledge. This is a recurring deduction. I would like them to stop talking my money and to refund me the total that has been taken out $639.84. the transactions start on 1-25-21 and continued to most recently 3-3-21. I didn't think anything of it because it said American f, I thought that meant my car insurance but I was wrong. I called the two numbers I could find ************ and ************. Both kept saying they were currently closed and only open 9-5. I tried all hours of the day and night with no one answering. I sent an email that I found on the website and it auto responses back that they'll get back to me with in 8 hours. I would really appreciate it if I could get my money back. I mostly would like for them to stop the auto deductions. Thanks you.

    The subscription charges you are receiving are for the digital survival courses and ebooks you enrolled in when you selected the free lighter at checkout. I went ahead and cancelled and refunded the last charge you received on 03/02 and you will not be billed again. I also resent your login information for the courses and ebooks that you will still have continuos access too.

    I ordered 3 survival lighters from them for last Christmas present which I have never gotten. We've been a bit overwhelmed with demand on that particular promotion and the current ETA on shipping of the lighters is ***** business days. You'll receive a tracking confirmation email once shipped.Please let us know if we can assist you further and thank you for being a valued customer of ****************************, ******* -Prepared For Anything-American Family Survival ********************************** I received this same email 3 times with no response when I asked for a refund the last time: on February 28th Please respond as I never received the lighters and demand a refund, *********************
