    I initially received a letter on 09/20/24 from Auto Renewal Center about the extending the cars warranty. I spoke to one of the **** who from the start rushed through explaining everything and trying to do a very quick (didnt give any time to process anything) run pitch of what they offer and any benefits. He kept saying theyre contracted with ******* and a third party company with them, deal with extending warranties and said I have 30 days to terminate the contract. immediately felt off about the interaction but the representative was very pushy and kept cutting me off during the whole interaction. I wound up signing for the platinum plan but after reading the contract I decided to actually back out. The representative gave me so much push back when trying to terminate the contract and itd be about ***************************************************** terminate the contract. And to this day (10/15/24) Ive yet been able to speak to anyone else about terminating my contract. The cust service is pretty garbage and they will give so much pushback and runaround when speaking with them. Idk how Im going to be able to terminate a contract I was told Id have no issue doing so. Dont fall for this company. Its a scam for them to just squeeze money.

    They asked me to pay deposit for my car warranty and said to me they could refund me if I didnt need it. Id like to cancel the warranty, so I tried to call them, but they didnt call me back. Therefore, I have not canceled it. Please cancel my contract and refund me as soon as possible.

    This was sold under false pretense that my truck warranty company was closing and I needed to continue it with this company. The asked for a 100 dollars to hold contract for 30 days. The call was on Sept *******. I went to *** and learned this is false. I immediately cancelled my credit card and immediately called numerous times the company to cancel. They will not return my call. I want this subscription cancelled and reimbursed the 100 via a check.

    When we signed up for **************************** $295 was the agreement to start this policy and we were promised several ***airs plus car rental would be covered through this companies policy. The second month premium was supposed to be $267 but none of our credit cards would allow the charge. After several attempts we to contact this company to resolve this credit card issue. This auto warranty sent the charge through Mepco to charge our bank account for $338.36. THIS IS NOT WHAT WE AGREED UPON!! We need to cancel this whole ordeal and request both charges refunded immediately!! This company needs to record all phones to hear the sales *** lie to their customers and make numerous promises (that we as the customer believe to be in the contract) is eventually NOT covered!!

    On 08/09/24 I purchased a warranty under the assumption that it was part of the dealership warranty that needed to be activated, since then Ive been trying to cancel it to no avail. Every number Ive contacted and have been given has been either disconnected and an ai pretending to be a human. My account number was ****** and is under MotoAssure VSC. Id like for the warranty to be cancelled and to be refunded the 149 that was I charged.

    I have been making a payment of $229.83 per month since 11/30/23. I was provided it by the Wilde Jeep Dodge Ram dealership in ********, **. I have realized that I do not have the funding to keep up with the plan. Also, they keep sending me emails on the dates of the payment changing. I am looking for cancelation of my contract however when I call the Auto Renewal Center, I talk with the ** Robot that states Ill be called back in 30 minutes. I have not been called back after calling about 3 previous times, all on different dates. I want my contract to be terminated immediately.

    This auto warranty policy was sold to me under falls pretenses they tricked me into thinking they were associated with the dealership i purchased my vehicle from when I called my dealership, they are not I called back same day to cancel and was told by the rep that took my information that I could cancel but I had to call the cancelation department. However, when you call the cancelation department you get AI and have to wait 30min for a call back. The call back you get is from the billing department not the cancelation department and they cannot cancel you either. Rep says it's a known issue so there is basically no way to cancel. I want my policy cancelled and my bill from mepco that I keep receiving erased I have tired for month and many times to cancel.

    In May 2024 I purchased a new vehicle. Shortly thereafter (May 14, 2024) I received something in the mail regarding a warranty. I had purchased a warranty with the dealership I bought my car from, but the company knew all the details about my purchase, my warranty and claimed that I needed to purchase extra coverage. Long story short, I agreed because I was told that I would be able to sign up and then cancel it if I changed my mind. As soon as the charge went through my bank, they called and notified me that they are a fraudulent company. The charge was rejected, I was never charged and I was issued a new debit card so I wouldn't be charged by them again. I have been trying to cancel ever since and have gotten the run around. First, I called Mepco, the "warranty" company and they claimed that they would have the company that sold the policy reach out and they never did. I have tried to call their number which is an automated voice and I can't talk with anyone, have gotten no call back. I have emailed their support and am still waiting to hear back. They claim that I now owe $241.83 and the payment is due on June 12th but I have been trying to cancel for the last month and I'm afraid this will affect my credit. I want to CANCEL ASAP. The business is Auto Renewal Center and the account # that Mepco gave me is **************. Although I don't need a refund, I need to have the charge of $241.83 removed from my account and I need the account closed. Please help.

    June 5, 2024 I got 2 different papers saying my car warranty for my ********************************************************************** a 100$ fee for updating the coverage however nothing was emailed or mailed to me and have now found out that it is a scam by the numerous reviews saying they kept getting charged. I have changed my debit card so it cannot be charged anymore however I cannot seem to speak with any actual person again to cancel my warranty now that I know it is fraudulent and I figured that the bank only flagged it because of the wrong address that they said they put in wrong but now I know it was actually fraudulent.

    Date of transaction Sept.19, 2023 Put down a $295.00 down payment by credit card on an auto renewal warranty protection for a 2016 Kia ** optima . The first monthly payment was October 6, 2023 by auto payment via by credit card. It was to Mepco phone # ************ I called and canceled it by Oct. 23 as I had not has a written copy of anything I filled out the required paper work and had it notorized and mailed to the given address at :*************************************************************************************/They received it. Since the I have been back and forth with them about a refund. Always an excuse like it was not put in the system etc etc. I have been getting text messages and paper bills from Mepco for payments They said nothing was received by them for cancellation.I cancelled my credit card so they would not keep taking payments .In my last call to the Auto Renewal Center today they wanted a cancellation Number. I was not told I needed one and did not receive one .Their # ************ an answering service and no one calls back. They need to call Mepco and say it was cancelled in Oct.so I dont keep getting harassed,. They said they cant do anything till the *************** tell the its cancelled. The first credit card payment was issued for $270.17 on Oct. 7, 2023
