    I had enrolled in a warranty subscription from Auto renewal center via phonecall on June 13, 2023 and was told I would have 30 days from that point to cancel the subscription should I choose not to pursue the warranty further. I Called on June 29, 2023 and spoke with my contact *************************** who has made several phone calls and a few email exchanges detailing that he would cancel my contract as I had made the request within the 30 day grace ******* However, I was later build erroneously by their payment company Mepco in the amount of $224.05. The communication between the vendor and the payment company seems to be poor as Auto Renewal has already refunded my initial down payment of ****** and claim to have sent a check refunding the erroneous first month's charge for a warranty I have already cancelled however I am still waiting for that check via mail. Now Mepco is continuously sending me emails saying they will bill me AGAIN the following month on August 12, 2023 despite already having verbal and email confirmation that the contract was terminated. Calling Auto Renewal Center diverts me to a call center whom states my calls would be returned trying to resolve this in a timely manner and yet no one responds conveniently after my initial dealings with ***************************. Trying to ensure that my contract is cancelled on their end AND is recognized by their payment company Mepco so that they will stop making unauthorized charges to my credit card company.

    Was trying to get in touch with somebody to cancel this warranty like a month ago but was having a hard time, I guess nobody was in the office or something and I called twice It was told the messages would just would have to be relayed. So I just canceled my whole card to avoid the frustration of getting charged and they got my new card information and charged me $212 a few days ago.... I'm more than livid like I just want this company to go away and get out of my bank account and leave me alone. I'm trying to CANCEL this.

    On March 21, 2023 I spoke with a woman trying to sell me an extended car warranty. She told me she was from the ************* After the quote my husband and I gave her our debit card information. The bank would not allow the transaction thank goodness. After speaking to her a bit longer we felt this might be fraudulent and told her we did not want the policy at all. The following business day this company debited $100 from my bank account. They have a "sister company" called Warranty ************** Services. This is the company name and telephone number ***************) linked to the *** debit at the bank. I called this number and they told me they never billed me and they had no record of a car warranty policy. Of course they don't, I didn't agree to one. They gave me the number to Auto Renewal Center **************. This representative called their company by the same name - Warranty ************** Services and not Auto Renewal Center. They also do not allow you to speak to a representative. I want this company recognized for their fraudulent behaviors and misleading information as well as my $100 they took from my bank account.

    I unfortunately agreed to a policy with this company. November 3, 2022: I called to cancel this policy. I received confirmation of the cancelation and was assured that I would not be charged further. January 2023: I am charged $154.46. I called and RE-CONFIRMED that my policy was canceled. February 2023: I am charged another $154.46. I tried calling their support team and kept being connected to "overflow" in which they would hang up on me, lie to me (said I was called by a 949 number twice and left a voicemail - neither of those are true statements). Over the course of 3 days from 2/27 to 3/1 I am repeatedly told I'd get a call within an hour. Finally I receive a call and I speak to someone today who was incredibly rude and hung up on me. She did confirm my policy was canceled in November and assured me that her manager would send a refund check in the mail. After my terrible experiences and history with this company not being truthful with me, I canceled my credit card and submitted disputes for the last 2 charges. I need a refund for that $308.92.

    I found out this company was a fraud and I've been calling since Nov. 9th to get my service canceled. Nobody ever return my phone call. My debit card got charged on the 10 of December 2022. There was no problem with taking my money and no problem charging my card but its a problem stopping service and getting refunded. **************** is rude and does not try to help at all. Just hang the phone up in your face while your talking.
