GW order number GW00450442 from goodwillfinds. Ordered robe received taped with masking tape shut no mention of missing the belt that goes in loops. Order was ***** several attempts to them go unanswered. As greedy as gw is after seeing all the complaints it should be shut down, I will not shop there ever again! I have requested,via email, at least a dozen times for Goodwillfinds to permanently close my account and delete all my information. I NO LONGER trust this business because I have had several incidents receiving wrong,broken ordered items.They charge me and I don't get my merchandise.They refuse to honor my requests and continue to stall even when I provide all necessary info!!All I want is proof that my account is closed!I don't want this scam business to have ANY OF MY INFO ANYMORE!Their business practices are barely legal in my opinion.My bank told me that I would have to get a new ATM card to stop/ block Goodwillfinds from my account access So I am being inconvenienced because they can't be trusted.Initial Complaint

I have placed numerous orders via goodwillfinds.com. Some items are either never received, arrive damaged, or are not as described in their respective listing(s) from their original Goodwill locations. During the times when I have been able to have access to the names of the particular stores, I will end up calling them directly. There are instances where I have sent an email to Goodwill Finds **************** via their website and I receive no response. If/when I do, the *** does not fully addresss my concerns; my messages' subject/title, listed products, etc., are not completely handled by the respondent. I would have already waited a length of time to receive a response from ****************. Now, I'd have to basically start all over by resubmitting an inquiry. My direct calls to the Goodwill locations' **************** departments and ******************** numerous voicemails being left without initial responses or follow-up calls from any Goodwill staff. It is extremely unfair that I have paid for items and they are not sent to me.Initial Complaint

Hi, I purchased two echo devices on 04/22/2024, I was trying to get the delivery date before paying but wasn not given any information on this at all. So I read the *** and said it will take up to 10 days but I could still change the shipping addres before 7 days. So I sent an email to them promptly to change the shipping address since the estimated delivery date was not provided during checkout, on the same day 04/22/2024 However, they only responded days later, asking for the new shipping address, which I promptly provided. Unfortunately, I did not receive any further communication until yesterday 04/26/2024 when I wrote to them again, expressing my frustration because they had already shipped my package. I ask for the correct tracking number as the email confirmation did not include it either but haven't received any reply either. Now, I am unable to receive my package and stand to lose $77.44. Goodwillfinds.com partnered with **** to provide insurance against lost or stolen packages. Initially if the customer wanted it, the customer had to manually add it to their order.Well, they must have not been selling it enough that way because Goodwillfinds.com decided to have it automatically be charged to the customerss order and the customer then was responsible for remembering to manually remove it from their order if they didnt want it. And guess where the toggle off isits at the very bottom of the cart page. There are probably so many customers who have no clue that ************************** is in my opinion fraudulently spending customers money without their consent by doing this. Its a tacky thing to do, and I knew it was only a matter of time before I forgot to take it off my order. I dont want it. Everything is shipped with ****** Theres already insurance built in to ***** shipment cost.Initial Complaint

I purchased a bass guitar floor effects until from Goodwillfinds.com on April 2nd, 2024. It's a Line 6 Bass Pod XT Live that was listed as "tested and working" with a picture that showed it to be in good physical condition. Upon receiving the item and testing it out, it was in very good physical condition, however none of the three outputs produced any sound. Upon further investigation, none of the three outputs register ANY current whatsoever when hit with a voltage tester, meaning this likely never worked and was not tested fully, only for power-on. Three messages to the Goodwillfinds.com customer service email address have gone unanswered. Pictures wont show the issues, so here's a video demonstrating the problem: **************************** I have the guitar version of this same effects board, so this isn't a setting thing. I've reset it to factory settings, confirmed all of the settings on the board (like the gain k*** in the back), and voltage tested it. It's broken. I need a refund.Initial Complaint

I purchased 4 items from GW Finds. Order # GW ********. 2 of the items were MS ******* Pro 4 tablets. Tablet #2 is defective as it wont load software. The other tablet had MS ******* 10 on it and it runs correctly. There was no listing that this was for parts. I have emailed GW Finds twice for a refund wit only a Message received from them. I am asking for a-refund of $66.49 from them.. If the tablet had software that worked liked the other one I purchased then I would have no complaint, but they knew it was bad be ause they couldnt load software either and sold it as working anyway.Initial Complaint

I purchased a silver cuff from Goodwill finds. The cuff had damage that was not described or shown in the photos on the listing. I have reached out to them numerous times to no response. It took two weeks for someone to reply back to me and I was told that the damage is normal. I would have been fine with the damage had I known it was there. However, I received a piece that I paid $300 for that I have to get repaired now.Initial Complaint

On January 23, 2024 I ordered a vacuum cleaner from GoowillFinds.com. When the vacuum arrived I promptly notified the merchant that the item was defective and not working as described. The asked for a video of the item to show that it was not working. I provided a video and subsequently receive a shipping label to return the item. However, I was only provided with one shipping label, despite the fact that the order arrive in two large boxes. I asked the merchant whether one label could be used to return two boxes and they stated that this should not be a problem. However, when I went to ***** to return the item they refused to accept the same label on both boxes.I subsequently followed up with the merchant to request a second return shipping label. They denied my request for another shipping label, stating that their records showed that the item had been shipped in one box. I provided photographic evidence showing that the order had arrived in two boxes, including images of the ***** shipping labels showing unique tracking numbers, with the merchant shown as the sender. The merchant continued to deny my request for a second shipping label, making it impossible for me to return the defective item.Initial Complaint

Item not as described or pictured, watch described as not running *** need battery. Jewelry store said obvious missing internal parts. All other listings say *** need battery for parts or repair. Also received watch not pictured as shown emblem from top of watch is loose inside watch ******** Contacted store and they refused any refund regardless.
