Valid Solutions has called us so many times I have lost count. They will call me twice back to back from different numbers and turn right around and call my husband back to back from two more different numbers. This happens 4 to 6 times a day. I called them back just today to ask them who they were and the lady on the phone said they would be offering a loan. As soon as I told her that I wanted both my Husband and I off the call list she hung up on me. I dont know where these people got our phone numbers from, but if this doesnt stop we will file against them!

Thank you for your time on the phone. As we discussed, I was not able to find any phone calls from our agents to you or your husband's number within the last 60 days.
If you do receive another phone call from an agent claiming to be Debt Advisors of America, please send me the number so that I may look into the issue further.We take our client's privacy very seriously, and we must comply with DNC requests. I started with this company and was told they would help with my deft to only find out they had not been paying. I was told if I was ever not happy I could cancel and get any and all money put into the account. As I have tried to cancel and they will not cancel my account not refund my $419.50. I have been yelled at by there people telling me its nothing they can do.Business response
