    November 2..i PD $99.99 for annual membership to an App... Shift with ****.. when I tried logging on..my password ?? did not work...i tried to reset and the App keeps telling me that a password reset was sent to my email... but I am never able to receive it..i reached out to service to get my money back unless they are able to get me access to the product I pd for...they just kept repeating it was non refundable...i reminded them that they breached contract by not producing the product..they refused to refund me or help me get access... just told me it was too bad, too sad for me..now I am forced to dispute with my credit card company... unbelievable how unprofessional this company is.. should not be allowed to stay in business..

    I want to file a complaint because I think they are falsely advertising a 30 day money back guarantee for purchasing their program. I did go ahead and purchase their program to be able to get a better look at the program and thinking that I had a 30 day money back guarantee. After getting into the app, I was unsatisfied with the functionality and asked for a refund. I was provided a response that I could not receive a refund because I purchased a discounted program and that did not qualify for the money back guarantee. I've attached a screenshot of that response. After receiving that response, I went back through as a pretend potential customer like I was going to purchase the program the exact same way and again saw many advertisements about the money back guarantee, but NOTHING about it not applying to a discounted program. I've included screenshots of that below as well. Based on the reviews I've read (and should have read before purchasing), it seems like this company is scamming people this way and getting away with it. If they want to have the clause that it doesn't apply on the discounted programs, then they shouldn't advertise the money back guarantee under the discounted program price and/or they should be calling out that the guarantee does not apply to the discounted price. I hope this helps get this issue resolved so other people do not fall into this same scenario. I am already working with my ******************* to dispute the charge, but like I said above I hope this helps make some changes to their purchasing page.     I signed up for service and was told that I did not have an active account to log in to service. I started a chain for a complaint back in March. They kept sending me a password reset. When I finally got them to realize that it was a bug with their system and it was that I was unable to log in because it wasn't showing I had an account even though I had paid for a year's worth of service, they said they would add the time back into my subscription from when the bug was resolved. I have been following up since March and there has been no change in the status of my claim. Company is completely unresponsive to my email followups on the status. Some of the email addresses are now giving me a bounceback error message saying that the email address no longer exists. I just want access to my account and year subscription or I want a full refund.

    Shift with **** app does not provide adequate customer service. I am unable to cancel or change my payment on my profile. I agreed to a monthly charge and then was charged for the annual fee of $190 last year. I have tried to cancel through the chat, email and phone number. The phone number is not taking calls, the chat says they cant do refunds through the chat(this was last year) this year no one answers the chat. I have sent numerous emails and have not received an answer. I am furious that they have charged me $190 again and there is no way of canceling or change my payment. I think I have to change my bank card so they cant do this next year? Total scam and now out $380 that I can not afford.

    2 weeks ago I purchased a 3 month membership for Shift. Do to the pain created from the workouts, have looked for ways to contact them regarding them about changes needed in my custom program. I have not found any way to contact them them regarding personal matters. Now today I have tried to sign in to my account and it is not possible from iPhone or android apps. I have also tried to change my password to access it and the app is not accessible via app site or ********* I immediately thought scam. And now after reading BBB complaints and other website complaints. I am convinced it is. I am looking for a refund or resolution of my issues from this company. Or confirmation if this is a scam.

    I was billed for a subscription that I didn't know I had and could not access my account anywhere online. I Googled to find contact info and emailed immediately, but was told I wasn't eligible for their 30-day money back guarantee because I had, " been a member with us for longer than the 30 days and the system automatically rebills at that time period." I was charged $39.99 at the 30-day ***** This seems super predatory - I couldn't easily cancel and didn't even know I had an account until the 30-day **** when my credit card was billed.

    I signed up based on a 30 day money back advertisement, and was charged $99.99. Between 1 and 2 weeks later, I decided I did not want to continue with the service and asked their customer service chat for the refund. I was told I was not eligible for the refund because it only applied to one option. This was not made clear at the time of purchase--it seemed to apply to all options.

    I was charged $100 through there Instagram app without it asking to confirm the charge so I immediately tried to get my money back and they will not refund it. They have no phone number to call. They have a chat that only you write something and they respond days later via email. That is NOT a chat. They refuse to refund me saying I agreed at that price no refund when that was not something I agreed too. When you message the chat again they ignore you and never respond. This is a scam. What company doesnt have a phone number to speak to customer service.
