This company is engaging in theft by means of fraudulent charges to otherwise unsuspecting consumers. My grandmother noticed an odd email from FlexFactor, an online transaction provider, depicting a $20 dollar charge on her card that she had not authorized nor had knowledge of.The service issuing the charge was listed as px-neo-orders.com and when visiting said link, showcases the NeoBod website. While I am unsure of whether this is the official website, I must conclude that it is and file this complaint for the safety of other consumers. The fraudulent transaction was refunded by the transaction provider, and if it occurs again; as the current investigation notes complaints of it being monthly subscription fraud, I may have to look into legal action. Preferably federal court as this is consumer fraud from a supposed registered business entity. If the transaction was handled by FlexFactor, refund it as unauthorized/fraudulent transaction. Stay safe.

On August 20, 2024, I noticed a charge on my bank account for $19.99. It was charged from my debit card. I have never heard of this company. Nor have I knowingly subscribed to this company. I am seeking to get the subscription cancelled and the money they took, put back in my account.

I am being charged a monthly subscription fee without my consent... my wife and I share an account and I presumed my wife was using that account to pay for a product/service from that company. That is not the case and we have been charged $19.90/month since July of 2022. I am now suspending any payments from that account to ******************.

i signed up for the free trial of NEO BOD and have been tying to get ahold of someone at NEO BOD repeatedly to stop monthly charges and cancel the service. I download the app and it want a sign up code which i do not have and never received so I cannot log in to the app to contact anyone. The company changes billing name and phone numbers monthly on my CC billing.. I have left messages on 2 of 3 phone numbers listed as this is my only option to speak to someone. One of the 3 phone numbers doesn't even work. The two 'working' phone numbers message doesn't list a company name, states to dial 9 to speak to a representative. You dial 9 and it says that option didn't work. Then it goes to hold music. I stayed on hold for 45 minutes. The next time I called the 2nd number the same messages, but after I hit 9 and got the music, i hit 9 again and it asked for me to leave my information. I have not received a call back and I left the message a week ago. This company is a fraud. Even though I signed up initially, I cannot get the app to work without that sign in code nor can i get a person on the phone to help me. I've been getting charged $19.99/month and I want it to stop. Please help.

Like others, I've been getting monthly attempted charges on my card. Initially, ***** was charged by FIT-APP. I think I was duped into providing credentials to a contest that was setup to spoof Sweetwater Music. I've canceled the card, but can see attempted charges for the same amount several times a month. The name and location keep changing: FIT-APP, FC NEOBOD FE, FC NEOBOD MA, FC NEOBOD Mar, etc.
