    This is a fitness app I never downloaded I never agreed to I don't know how they got my information and being almost 80 years old I really would never use a fitness app or even think about it I'm happy just to get up every day.I noticed this cuz I thought it was a movie charge cuz that's the price 1999 but then it showed up again and I pursued it and it is not ******* I got the lady to cancel it but she would offer no help for a refund if I downloaded an app it would be on my phone it's not

    Discover sent me an alert due to a name change from My-Fitness-Ordertoday.Co to Mobile-Fitness-App. I called the number Discover gave me ************ and it was a service use by the company billing me named Neobod. I typed in Neobod to go to their website and seen your site popup showing complaints against them. I did not sign up for their service and don't know how they got my CC number and how they would have known my 3 digit security code. I should have been looking over my statements better. I am uploading 5 statements if they all don't go through you should get at lease 2. Billing dates they use to bill me are 8/13/23 $19.99, 9/12/23 $19.99, 10/12/23 $19.99, 11/11/23 $19.99 and 12/11/23 $19.99 Thank you for your help and please advise if you need more info from me.

    On February 5th this company charged me $19.99 without my permission or knowledge for a mobile fitness app. It came directly out of my disability account card, direct express. They say they are going to refund and cancel but its horrible that i am going through all this and especially how difficult it was in tracking them down.

    NEOBOD has started to take $19.99 from my checking account, unauthorized. I dont know what this company is and I have not sought any products or services and I want to reclaim my money and the action stopped.

    Date of unauthorized charge of $19.99 on my credit card is 1/23/2024. I did not download, contact or sign up for this. On my credit card account it states " GET-ONLINE-FITNESS ************ TN. This was totally done without my authorization. I called them and they said the name of the company is Neobod aka "Get Online Fitness. This is theft. They stated they would send me an email and I will be refunded the $19.99. If I don't see a refund within the next two days I will close that account.

    Hello, I am the owner of Mobile Fitness and education education. Website being mobilefitnessapp.com. Unfortunately, NeoBod company is using my business phone number as a point of contact for their clients who call say that theyve been charged ***** or monthly renewal service a subscription. I would like for their company not to use my company number or information. I also believe this App is targeting elders. My company does not offer any sort of digital application.

    They started billing me $19.99 a month. I don't even know what it's for and I certainly didn't sign up for it.
