    December 28 2023 neobod took $19.99 off my PayPal card without my permission. I don't kno who they are or how they got my card number.     I don't even know how this business got any of my information and I have been trying to get it canceled for months. I have sent emails to the company requesting cancelation since I never received or used any service or items or am I even aware what this company even does. They continue to take $20. A month out of my bank account and I am so tired of it. It needs to stop now!

    Neobod has been charging my debit card $19.99 a month since September 2021 and it is now November 2023, they have taken over $500 dollars from me. I have never downloaded this app, I have no history of starting a subscription. I cant find the subscription on my ****** account to cancel it. ****************** must have gotten my debit card information and has been charging my card without my consent for 2 years. I tried calling their customer service number but was not able to get through to anyone. I am going to call my bank tomorrow and hope they can stop this charge from occurring again. After reading all these other complaints, I hope there is something more that can be done about this. I want my money refunded. I never signed up for this subscription.

    They obtained my bank card without my knowledge. There has been 15 months of unauthorized payments beginning August 2022. I have spoken with the merchant and they agreed to a refund. They send me emails confirming a refund but it is not showing up on my account. Amount owing to me is $450.00 CAN

    I just noticed For the last 2 years I've had this charge of $19.99 on my Indigo Platinum Mastercard from a transaction labeled BNBNEOBODORDERS.COM. I have No Idea where this charge came from. Nor did I authorize this charge. I'm not sure what to do about getting rid of it. I've called the number provided under the charge, which is ************** and its a customer service number that places you on hold for I'm sure as long as you can hold the line playing this horrible elevator music. Please help because this company has taken over $500 from me and it could be more.

    Originally signed up for the program, and didnt get any results as advertised, so canceled or so I thought, have been constantly charged monthly for products and services that Ive not been receiving, and wasnt even aware of them continuing to charge me monthly.

    A reoccurring charge of ***** was noticed. Called the company to see what it was. It is an app that I have never heard of or subscribed too. I asked for them to cancel and refund amount. She said she could only refund current charge and would cancel. The charge was refunded but reappeared the next month. Attempting to contact again. Want this canceled and no further charges to appear.

    I was billed $19.99 by this company but have never heard of them before. I'm looking to have the charge reversed.
