    On Sunday, February 27th I noticed several charges on my checking account from ********** that I had not charged. After contacting ********** I was informed that someone had attached their account to mine. I was asked if I knew a *******, of course not and I gave no one permission to use my Urber Account. To add further insult, I asked the final question how long had ******* been attached to my account and I never received a response regarding this ******* person. I want to know how long he had been attached to my account and I want a full refund for all the money he stole from me through my Urber account. Urber did refunded my account for the charges that I recognized where not mine.

    Please, allow me to begin by saying I have never been treated so rudely in my life by a driver either from Lyft or Uber as I was by an individual named **** yesterday when taken to my veterinarian *********************** ************************************************************************************************* for the amount of ***** to my card ending in, 0197.I arrived to the location after not a word was said by **** during the entire trip and upon arriving became very upset that it was a veterinarian saying I should have told him and asking why didn't I tell him before saying I was there to get my dog ***** who had surgery the earlier in the morning and when finally telling him I was there to get her from surgery despite already speaking in a very loud tone about not telling him previously said she 'better not be that big'. I said she is not while exiting the car and going inside to get ***** who was ready to go as payment had already been made and was just given the paperwork and penicillin which was only a minute or two. I attempted to enter the car with ***** while **** was yelling at me who is not only well behaved but professionally trained as well as was told earlier in the day how well behaved she is by another driver with Uber earlier that day named ******* who took ***** and I to the veterinarian for her surgery and was the most pleasant person to ride with as **** began complaining about *****'s size as she only weighs forty five pounds but was refusing to take her and I back home as I now have a half groggy dog in the car with **** and Uber driver yelling at me when saying to him I needed to be back by six in the evening and would appreciate it if he would just take us home which he refused and was yelling at me while turning around in the front seat when asking him if I could show him *****'s paperwork that she is in fact a service animal which **** asked to see and when showing it to him he looked at it and then gave it back to me taking me home not saying another word during the ride, again.
