On 12/21/2024, my vehicle was towed by Mr. ** Towing from ******************************************. I noticed multiple cars were parked in the same lot past the posted time, but my vehicle was the only one towed. When I contacted the company, I was informed that the reason might have been because the tow truck got busy or couldnt take more cars at the time.I requested a negotiation or payment plan since the fee was $380, but the company declined to offer any flexibility. I believe this towing was unfair and selective, and I am requesting a review of the fees and an explanation of why only my car was targeted.I have already reached out to the City of ******* to file a complaint about this matter and would like BBBs assistance in resolving this issue fairly.

On December 1, 2024 approximately 11:10 p.m. Mr. ** illegally towed my vehicle. I arrived at the ************** approximately 11:06 p.m. and parked behind my ****** ******* Bowdens garage to unload a few items as well as to pick up a plate of food. Exiting my vehicle I spoke with security guard **** ************* and he said I had 15 minutes to pick up or drop off. I told him I would be quick. Approximately 11:12 p.m. when I returned to my vehicle I discovered that it had already been towed. My family and I spoke with security guard **** who said that he didnt know why my vehicle was towed and he called Mr. ** towing to explained that I had not been parked there for over 15 minutes. After speaking with several people concerning the matter they all had different answers to why my vehicle was towed. 1. Its for loading and unloading but I left the vehicle unoccupied. 2 I didnt have my hazard lights on 3. That I was blocking in a fire lane. However the garage is not a fire lane. I have pictures of where the vehicle was parked. I have timestamp picture from when I was leaving my job location at 11:00 p.m. to go to **************. Which takes about 5-6 minutes to get there from my job. My vehicle was towed 3-4 minutes of me arriving and going into the house. I payed about $30 for an **** and I was charged $400 to retrieve my car from the towing company. Witnesses say that Predatory towing is known in this apartment building at this time of night. I returned the next morning and took pictures of my car and *** exact parking spot behind the garage and spoke with the security guard on duty and said that we have 15 minutes to be parked there where my car is positioned.

My car was towed earlier this morning on 12/18/24 because driver said the parking permit was not visible when it was clearly on my dash board. When I arrived to the business to have them show me proof they denied to help me and said in order for me to show them I had to pay the fees first. I was robbed of $350 dollars especially in these hard times for me and my family. They took my car even though my parking permit for my car was on the dashboard and denied to release my car because driver made a mistake and I STILL had to pay the fees to get my vehicle back. I missed day of work which will be unpaid and this cost me $350 because if I didnt pay the fees would go up. I need assistance with a Refund or I will proceed with legal action and sue this company.

Mr. C's towing lied saying that auto zone called them to tow my vehicle. I spoke with the manager this morning and he said he did not nor did anybody last night. He said that this towing company has been just towing who they want without anyone calling them. They forced me pay $309 to get my car out. They also threatened me in person. Transaction date is 11/6/24 transaction #******. This place has so many reviews of them illegally towing away car and being rude. Please look into this company to shut them down. I want a refund for them lying and towing my vehicle away illegally and threatening me

Tow guy lifted truck.. drove away.. put truck down.. in parking lot.. as I ran up he lifted truck again and ran off with truck LAUGHING AT ME.. truck was towed less than 3 miles. Grand total time in their possession less than 3 hours.. was charged $515 for non ticketed towing less than three miles.. as you can see the amount charged was not accurate to costs written down.. poor professionalism by the company calling me derogatory names upon arrival to retrieve truck.. read the towing rules to avoid predatory towing and I feel that I was excessively charged and their addition is a reflection of the quality and ethics of this company.

Mr. C's Towing does a lot of predatory towing and I don't understand how this is legal. Even if someone is parked legally they will tow they car. I live a ***************** and I have watched them tow here like it is a sport and they need to be held more accountable with predatory towing.

5/6/24 Paid about $400 Towing company truck is circling our apartment complex to tow any car they can get there hands on. We had parked on a side of a building to load off some luggage out of our car and we were away for literally a minute away from our car as we were taking our stuff to our apartment when the towing truck towed away our car. There was no written authorization from the property owner or lessee to tow the car. I would like to file a former complaint about there business practices and would like a refund for getting my car out and some damages as this is not the first time they improperly tow my car.
