I now fear i will be charged extra money like everyone else. This is garbage. I want this business prosecuted. The fact that the FBI continues to let scammers steal our money is ridiculous. On October 21st I agreed to a credit check for $1.00. I was told that I would receive an email from them if I was going to be charged more money. I never received an email but, on October 27th, I was charged $39.90. Which is a six day period.

This free credit score thing has charged my bank account 39.90. I never signed up for any membership and don’t know where this charge came from but I would like a full refund for the charge on my account. And I don’t want to be charged again.

While applying for low income housing,I had to enter my credit score. Despite the fact that I knew my credit score, the site would not accept my entry. I had to use clickfreescore to finish the application. As soon as I finished,I clicked the box to be refunded my dollar, which the site stated they would do. I received an email claiming I would be refunded the$1.00. and that I would be unsubscribed. That was on08 )*/28/2023.I called there customer service number and initially spoke with a very poorly designed algorithim named ********* I eventually spoke with an actual person who said I would be refunded. As of today,10/05/2023,I have not been refunded.

Charged 39.90 for a service I have no recollection of ordering nor did I need it. I already get free credit reports from another company (with no monthly charges). I would have no need for their service so I would not voluntarily sign up for it unless I was scammed. I have non knowledge of the company nor any idea of how they got my data. Pure scam!

I have been charged 39.90 on September 5 2023 and October 5 2023 by this company, and I NEVER authorized anything to come out of my account monthly. They were only supposed to charge me $1 for a credit check and now are stealing money from me monthly since they have my information!! This is so wrong and I can't get anywhere talking to these people they are scammers!
