BBB files contain a pattern of complaints from consumers which alleges issues with refunds/exchanges. Specifically, consumers report consumers report being unhappy with the refund policy, being offered only 30% despite the website advertising, "30-day money-back guarantee." On December 19, 2024, BBB sent correspondence to Hike Footwear requesting their voluntary cooperation in providing steps it will implement to eliminate the pattern of customer complaints.  As of January 16, 2025, BBB has received no response from the company.

    I purchased a pair of shoes from Hike Footwear on August 1, 2024. I have since received multiple tracking notices of my purchase being out for delivery. I finally used the tracking number and spoke to **** and was advised that this is a scam and that I will never receive my product. I looked up the phone number which matches this one on BBB only to find it has had numerous complaints of similar nature. I have contacted my bank to refute the charge and check my account daily to be sure they did not steal my info and charge other things. So far so good. I have tried calling to resolve only to be put on hold for a ridiculous amount of time. Quite simply I want my money refunded and this review posted to warn others. Thank you.

    On July 13 I should have received 3 pair of Hike Footwear Shoes. The company delivered to '2723' but I didn't receive my $141.88 order. I was told that I needed to contact the delivery company which I can only email. They have pictures of a mailbox with '2723' on it, but delivered to the incorrect street name. Now the delivery company will not give me what I need to verify that they made an error so that I can get either a refund or the product I ordered resent to the correct address. I have made many attempts to resolve this situation with no avail. I even found that the delivery driver may have delivered the product to **************************************************************************************** *****************************************************************. I have ordered from this company before and received my past order. I am not sure what the problem is on their end, but this is bad business. I have emails to GoFoExpress and Hike Footwear showing pictures of my home and everything they have requested again to no avail.

    I ordered sneakers. They came and were dirty and smelled awful. I could not wear. I asked for a refund. They told me ,I could only exchange for another pair. I refused. They said would refund my account. They did not After numerous unanswered Emails,they now offer me 50% back. This is unacceptable. I can't wear the sneakers.

    06/04/2024 I ordered two pairs of shoes and a pair of shoe inserts. The wrong size was sent to me. I had attempted to do a return and learned they didnt do a full refund but would replace the shoes with the correct size. I followed the instructions in the email but I have not heard back in over 30 days. I have sent three emails and attempted to contact customer service phone number but am never able to reach anyone. Please help me get the correct shoes or a refund. Thank you for any help.

    On July22, 2024 l placed an order with Hike Footwear for two pairs of shoes.l ordered a Lorax Pro for myself and another Lorax Pro for my husband. I became suspicious about this company when l did not hear from them about my order, whether it was ready to ship, a tracking number, no information at all. I had a similar experience several years ago, and when l read complaints from other Hike Footwear customers and the poor rating from the **********************, l knew l did not want these shoes. My **** card was just cancelled for suspicious activity. Can l get a refund on the new card **** is sending me? I plan to call Hike Footwear tomorrow.

    Hike Footwear order #******, July 2, 2024 $79.95 I received the wrong size shoes, and I contacted them by email. They said to just keep the wrong size and that they would send proper size replacements. That never happened. I emailed several times more with no response. I called them today (8-1-2024) and asked for a refund. They said to send the wrong pair back to them at my expense, and when they received them in their warehouse, they would issue a refund. I am concerned that I will end up paying for shipping back the wrong pair and never get a refund.

    Hike Footwear website *************************************** states "30-day money back guarantee." They want me to pay for postage to ***** to return the shoes that are not comfortable but this is not mentioned until you try to return them. They offer you 50% off another pair to keep them. They should be made to state this clearly so you know what you're in for as a consumer. They say they can't accept returns at their ****************** only at the warehouse in *****. They did not send a copy of the order in their follow up emails and how much I paid online. I believe it was around *****

    This company is deceptive they promise to give you your money back or exchange shoes they will not they're based in ***** I've been giving a run around via email for 2 months and to this day I still have not received anything. The shoes do not fit according to the Chart side.

    I did not order a second pair in June 2024 and that started it. They took my money anyway. But as of today (7/27/24) have not received anything! I have not been contacted EVER! I have been trying to get a refund but the company won't issue it.

    The company had changed its name to "alpine footwear" but still have not resolved the issue. I have NO refund and NO product.

    They promise returns for shoes. You have to get approval via email to return the item. At first they reply and promise to help, and then stop responding and ignore you.
