BBB files contain a pattern of complaints from consumers which alleges issues with refunds/exchanges. Specifically, consumers report consumers report being unhappy with the refund policy, being offered only 30% despite the website advertising, "30-day money-back guarantee." On December 19, 2024, BBB sent correspondence to Hike Footwear requesting their voluntary cooperation in providing steps it will implement to eliminate the pattern of customer complaints.  As of January 16, 2025, BBB has received no response from the company.

    On March 19,2024 I placed order with Hike footwear I was charged on my credit card and through Affirm I tried calling numerous times right away to cancel my orders I was on hold for over and hour no one never answers the phones the order was shipped and I refused the order then I recevied and email from a ********* from hike footwear that stated she needed my information again so she could reship the merchandise that I had cancel via email several times I replied back why would I do that when I canceled the orders ***************************** also stated that I had 15 minutes to cancel the order this company is ***** Fraudulent activity and Theft I just researched and seen several people have compliments against Hike footwear and been ripped off as well.Thank you

    I purchased 2 pairs of shoes from Hike Footwear on 2/25/2024 (order #******). Unfortunately I did not check for complaints and negative reviews beyond their website. After waiting almost a month for delivery, my pair fit, but my husbands pair (Hikava Ultralite mens 11/11.5) was too small. I followed instructions for returning the one pair by emailing the ************************************ on 3/21/24 the next day after receiving. According to their website, they will respond in 1-2 days. No response, so I sent another email on 3/24/24, again no response. I also called their customer service number numerous times and sat on hold for at least 45 minutes and never talked with anyone. I would prefer a refund for the one pair of shoes, as they do not fit, or at least an exchange for a larger size

    I ordered a pair of shoes from this company that stated they were good for feeling the comfort of being barefoot while walking, therefore adding stability. That was not true, the shoes were so thin & inferior, that I decided to return them to get my money back. This led to numerous attempts to telephone with long hold times & no answer. Then a series of emails which offered a 50% refund only, or another pair of shoes, which I dont want. Then they sent me an address in ***** to return the shoes to if I want a refund. What a ridiculous offer, I am furious and would like to see this rip off business shut down for scamming customers.

    I ordered a pair of shoes from this company and they were two small. In addition they were barely more than socks with soles. I wanted to return them for a refund. Was told I had to return them to *****! even though they were mailed to me from a location in the ***.

    I bought shoes from Hike Footwear from an ad I saw for the site 'Shop.' I spent ***** on two pairs of insoles, and ***** on shoes. They were advertised as slip resistant work shoes. They aren't. I contacted their "customer support" office yesterday, and I wanted to return the shoes and insoles. It does say they have a 30 day money back guarantee. I recieved a reply that stated they wanted to send me something else, and I can keep the shoes and wouldn't have to return them. When I declined, they sent me another email saying they were only going to refund 50 percent of what I purchased them for. They also stated that it would cost more to send them back.I paid a total of ***** US dollars, through Shop, who supports the product. I was scammed. My order number is ****** *** the tracking is YT2411821272181078.I just want my money back. It was a lot of money, and I have been let go from my job.

    On 05/13/2024 I made a purchase for one pair of shoes in the amount of $41.97. After I placed the order, I noticed that another pair of shoes was added to my order in the amount of $59.95, totaling $101.92. The pair added to my order was a different color and not oven my size. I have tried over and over in every different way possible that this business offers and can not get any satisfaction. I sent them a message and it would not go through because it wanted me to prove that I am not a robot and there was no quiz in response. I tried calling them on three occasions and was on hold for 30 minutes 1st time, 45 minutes 2nd time, and an hour the 3rd time. I also sent them an Email. I also contacted my credit card company and they stated I needed to contact the seller. I have read all the reviews and many people are experiencing the same issues. Getting shoes in different colors and sizes that they did not order. Also, no one can seem to get in touch with this company.

    On 4/14 I purchased a pair of HIke Foowear shoes. I was attracted to this advertisement because I suffer from neuropathy and this company advertised that their shoes helped with the neuropathy pain. I paid online and after receiving the shoes, I wore them in the house for less than an hour and the shoes triggered my neuropathy. I contacted the company by email trying to return the shoes. The company advertises a 30 day full refund policy. The first few emails were about discounts, getting a replacement shoe, getting discounts on future purchases, but I wanted a refund as I was led to believe by the company. On 5/7 I received an email that indicated that if I wanted a refund, I had to send the shoes back to one of their "international facilities" for inspection before any refund would take place. The location was in *****. Upon doing further research I found that returning the shoes was more expensive than the shoes are worth. I complained to the company about the abusive manner in which the return would take place. There was no sympathy from the company. Return it and spend more than the shoes are worth to possibly get a refund for the original order.

    I bought a pair of shoes that dont fit. I tried returning them to where they say which is ************************************. It comes back to me undeliverable. I called 2 x I was on hold for over an hour. I finally hung up. The 2nd time I was on hold for 20 minutes. I sent another email to a website they have and I havent heard back from them yet.

    I purchased shoes from this company 3 times. ***** in March 2024. First one was fine. They sent wrong size on second order. I sent several emails that weren't answered for that pair. I purchased 3 more in April 2024. Second order one wrong size. 2 pair labeled correct size, but were way too small. I took several emails for a reply. No one answered phone calls. Their website offered easy returns. It is nothing but difficult. It took 3 emails to get offer of full refund. They said I have to pay shipping to ***** before getting refund. Both orders were shipped from *** and *******. They won't let me return to ** address. The issue is totally on them, but won't cover return. I've never dealt with a business like this. I have emails to back up my complaint.

    I placed an initial order that took almost one month to receive and when received was wrong sizing, not as described and cheap in appearance. I immediately requested authorization to return and was told to keep them and they would replace at no charge. They provided a new order # for replacements however refused to give tracking # and when searching their website using their new order# it states couldn't locate new order. Additionally, when searching Amazon for these same shoes, pricing is almost 1/3 or the prices I was charged through the Hike website. I am strongly thinking this may be a scam operation who sells $10 shoes claiming they list for $120 and then offering them @ 50% or more off in order to fraudulently induce customers to buy them. I tried calling them to speak with **************** and was placed on hold for over twenty minutes abd nobody ever picked up.
