Hello this incident happened Thursday, September 28, 2023 I will admit I was parked in a no parking zone outside my apartment complex but I have seen other people parked there for a few minutes and leave and that was my intention, I was putting air in my neighbors bike tire, and I saw Alpine towing lifting my car off the ground. I ran and practically begged the scumbag tow truck driver that I would move ASAP. He refused and demanded I pay him $145 for him to release my car. I was already late for work so I had to call my wife to come bring me cash because they did not accept credit cards. He basically stole $145 from me and my wife. The tow truck, driver was a ignorant, rude, racist person. He called me a white piece of ****, He also damaged My new bumper I had installed a month ago. I want to bring Alpine towing to everyones attention. They are thieves, and will steal your hard earned money. Their address is . *************************************************************************** Also, the same day a ************* ************** truck was parked in the same spot I was, and they were not towed , was told because it was a fire hazard to park there, but they allow a **** to park there

My car was towed illegally by Alpine Towing, it was parking correctly on visitors parking among other but they took mine alleging "illegal parking" without any fundament. Why they don't took the other cars around if it was illegal to park there? After taking with neighbors, it is not the first time they do so... they are taking advantage of this and charging Towing fee illegally, regretfully we are forced to pay in order to get back our cars.

Please find attached pictures of the area where my car was towed by Alpine Towing, which is clearly a legal parking zone where not only my car was parked but others from this community. After picking up the car from Alpine depot they won't provide any proved why they said it was ''ilegal parking''

My vehicle was towed from my house because of a flat tire. After retrieving my vehicle, my vehicle no longer starts and there was damage to my vehicles muffler. They also charged me unreasonable fees to retrieve my vehicle. I paid $600 to get my car back because they charge a lien fee of $237.27.

My car was towed from ******************** by Alpine Towing. I received a certified letter in the mail from Alpine on April 1 and the letter was dated March 28 stating that it would cost $415 to get my car. When I get there they tell me, to get my car out is $****. But in the certified mail it clearly states that my car would accumulate storage charges. They guy at the window says thats in accurate because they had my car for 36 days. How can you have my car for 36days and wait 36days to inform me that you guys have my car is in your possession. I am not paying **** for false information

the night of january 14th, 2023, my father in law had a car accident where he past away, the car was tow to alpine towing in **** nw 67th miami, according to the billing information Alpine gave me, the car was tow on january 15th almost at 3 am, which was a sunday.this is a 24/7 business hours, the same day sunday the 15th, at ****pm i called the location to check if the car was there, and i was given the info that the car was in the yard and that there was no hold place on the vehicle from the police. it only took me five minutes to be there, and i was told the car could not be release because it was sunday, and that they only work monday to saturday, to come back tomorrow monday if wanted the car. i went back to alpine monday the 16th, i was told i could not take the car with me because it was a holiday (************************************), they were open and could release cars but not that car because it was a police holiday, and was told to come back the next day. the third day i went back to alpine for a third time, i was charged for a total of 3 days, the workers were rude and told me if i wanted i could call the police. I had already spoken an officer who explained that alpine was a contract with the police department and that they should have release the car the same sunday, so i called the police and summited a police report, which i intent to use and present to court. alpine only wanted to keep the car longer for me to pay more, and they always scam people and lie, they are a 24/7 business and they do not follow the law, if you have any issues always call the police right away before paying them.
