My *** was stolen by Alpine Towing/****************** the owner and his driver ***********************. Alpine Towing has a records of doing things illegally (read prior complaints). Anyone who owns a *** in South ******* if they need towing to a *** dealer/services (under BWM warranties) must use Alpine Towing, "Unfortunately". Pay attention *** owners! Alpine Towing is towing cars and disappearing with the cars for hours. Alpine picks up *** cars and steals the cars. Apparently Alpine's contract with *** Towing is to take the cars directly to the dealer. I reported to the police my car was not getting delivered 4 hours after it was picked up, and the police confirmed it's vehicle theft. I only needed a battery charge to drive to the dealer but Alpine's driver offered to take the car because is part of my warranty. *********************** the driver of Alpine Towing showed up with a small towing truck, ******* also made remarks BWM were bad cars thinking it was my first BWM or as if I didn't drive *** for 30 years. Because BWM Towing sent Alpine to my home I trusted the driver, and let go of my *** with a thief. *********************** took my car on a flat bed Truck from 12:30 PM until 4:30 PM and totally disappeared. Alpine dispatcher lied to BWM saying the car was delivered at 1:45 PM at the *** dealer, but my car was no where to be found. The owner ************************* and *********************** are dismantling the cars! just so the owner realizes the car has a new mysterious problem. They think they are covered under ***. My car had no gas & showed more miles in addition to other changes. Where did Alpine driver *********************** go with my *** for 4 hours? It was supposed to be a towing of 20 minutes **** no rush hour or rainy day, he stole my car. I will contact the news, email *********** about Alpine- ************************* and their trends. Do not use Alpine Towing! call AAA or your car insurance towing. Other people filed complaints with BBB about Alpine Towing car THEFT.

My car was towed illegally. I have proof that no notification based made about the car. When I went to pick it up, business has signs for credit card payment. The attendant told me no, you have to pay in cash. Outside the business they have multiple signs showing that credit card payment can be done. They completely disregards those, I attached a picture of their signs stating they take credit card payments

On May 7, 2022 around 2 am in the morning my car was illegally towed by this towing company. They often time does predatory towing and want customers to pay very high amount to get your car back that you rightfully own. I've watched this man search with his flashlight inside my entire car, I confronted him, he left pretending to be texting when I saw him leaning on my car and told him to get off my car, only for him to return a few days later after midnight to tow my car, they wait till you are asleep to steal your car that I have the right to park as a tenant. I was given a parking permit for my vehicle after I told management I won't be driving it much, it is going to be sold. I was not given any notice or warning all my personal belongings including court sensitive documents, debit cards, my disabled son epi-pen, and cash in the car. They had no right to tow my car that was authorized by management to park there since I've been living there for almost four years. This is retaliation by the management as well because I've filed discrimination complaints and now they have alpine towing as a way to intimidate me, I've spoke to ****** who was very rude and unprofessional, because I told her that I am a victim, and is being exploited because i'm not trying to entertain these perverts, who have sexually harassed me many times before she laughed as if it was funny, after the fact she understood why they paid them to illegally tow my car, they are in cohort. Alpine had no right to tow my car away, with unlawful authorization by whoever paid them this is illegal.
