This company has no customer service department that answers who provides a resolution. They make you leave messages or email with no answer but then won't extend the same courtesy. All they jave to do is EMAIL a copy of my title and they refuse to help. They need to email over my document and let me buy out. Refusing to let me buy out is not fair. The employees lie about the loan process and are always making excuses about why they cant help when mail and email are possibleBusiness response

I obtained a loan from ********* auto title loan understanding the risk of these types of loans. I begin to fall behind on payments and was making what I could until I was able to figure something out. In that process the car had been repossessed. I was not notified with a right to cure ( explanation given to me by employee) the wrong address was on the account and when I called in they never updated it and that was before she worked there. So no accountability just an oh well. Nothing we can do its already been repossessed. I call and ask to see what my options are, employee informs me that I can pay $2,500 and get the car back and continue to make payments on the remaining balance which I thought she said $4200 but later on was told that was incorrect. I went to the location a few days later with a payment of $7,000. They asked me if I wanted my car back which seemed like a dumb questions. They refused to give me my car and told me I had to pay the remaining balance of $530 because they were not sure if they would get the money. I see this as either a straight out lie or misleading me the consumer on what needed to be done. The following day I went back and paid the remaining balance and stayed in the store until the lady confirmed I was able to get the car. During the process I was told by the company that repossessed the car that it had been sent to auction to be sold. I had to go to one place to get the belongings from the car which should have never been taken out of and also my plates. I get to the auction center another place and it is already marked up. I obtain the car and proceed home. I asked to speak to a manger a few times at the ********* auto title loans and was told its against company policy for me to speak to him he would have to call me. He never made an effort to call. I asked for a print out of all payments made and the balance to follow being I have no records or a way to look online. They refuse to provide any documentation.Business response

The nature of this complaint is predatory loans. I have not done business with this company in years and was looking up title loans within the past month and was denied on the site I chose. About an hour later I get a call from the number given and a woman informs me of company. I hang up as I am no longer interested. They have been calling 2 times about 3 times a week. I do not answer and I believe that would give them the hint that I am not interested.Business response

I obtained a title loan from this company on or around November of 2021 when I obtained it I proceeded to make the required payments on time each month , the time I was making payments I found out that I had been victim of identity theft I spoke with the government and was given a case number and all my accounts were frozen I've explained this to this company multiple times and asked that the collection attempts stop or that we come to some type of settlement to resolve the payment issues on this account because, this has caused me serve financial hardships on me and my family and the risk of losing my vehicle due to the nonpayment would then cause me further hardship. I have asked several time that a regional manager contact me due to the obvious lack of knowledge or concern by the local level staff and have been told that was not allowed. I have asked for settlement so they get paid and I no longer have to fear the loss of my car yet they say that is not an option not will it ever be an optionBusiness response
