I called seeking information about an ad they sent us regarding a limit increase of $400. I was responded to as if i was asking about something they did not have the option to e en consuder....then why send me the ad? ....treated as if I was an idiot, mocked, spoken down to, and lastly was made fun of...the lady on phone mimicked what I said, in a voice that I guess they thought was like mine, and included the list that I have....saying back to me what I had just asked her. I got off the phone in a hurry, not saying much else, astonished that people her age would act that way. Now, I find it super difficult to try and call then to make my payment on my loan. I am seeking legal advice if possible to afford in my situation...Business response

I took out a title **** of $3500.00 back in June 2024. The contract was ****** before i could make the payment, in which the principle was $3518.00 with a finance charge of $879.51, totaling $4397.51. I was given a credit of $351.51 and made a payment of $528.00 which took care of the finance charge leaving a balance of $3518.00. I went back into the office on 09/05/2024 to pay off the title. I was told that the payoff amount was $4397.49 and it needed to be paid in cash. I went add took the money out of my bank account and paid the amount without question, not realizing I being charged a second finance charge of $879.49.I went back up to the ******************* the next day with my receipts in hand and explained to the manager what happened. The manager contacted the area manager ***** ******** about the matter.I received a call the next day from the store manger stating I had $139.00 check waiting for me at the ************ office. I challenged him on how that number ($139.00) came about, he couldn't answer and he had ***** ******** contact me. ***** ******** and I spoke on two occasions and on that second occasion he apologized for not returning my call stating that he had referred my case to someone else because he no longer handle Georgia.I have repeatedly called and sent text messages to ***** ********. My name is ******** *******. Im from ***********, **. I took out a car title loan in March of 2024. I was up to date on all my payments until I left ****** in May of 2024. I hadnt had a job until July of 2024. During my gap period of missed payments once I started my new job I brought myself current with payments, even doubling them. I recently made another payment this Saturday as well. I was advised verbally that I didnt have any repossessions active and my account was in good standing. However October 1, 2024 I woke up to **************************** of *********, ** repossessing my white 2014 ****** Sentra. I advised the two guys that I was up to date on my payments and they advised me that they had to get my vehicle anyway and it hadnt been updated in their system. I just want my car back and also want to know where the money I made payments to the company went to. I have three children and no ride. I just dont want this to happen to anyone else if this a system issue. I cannot stop crying and just want help here. I have all my paperwork.Business response

9 days ago our car was repossed due to a title loan because the old manager **** that we kept in contact with no longer is at the location and our car was in the shop we where in the process of moving. So alot of our things where in the car. Well my husband called and has on recording the lady telling him we had 14 days to get our stuff from the car. Well today we call and are told the car has now been moved over 9 hours away and that we have to drive all that way to get our belongings. We where called name hung up on and threatened if we called back trying to get answers. All because we recored the fact they lied and now they won't even tell us exactly where our things are. They are stealing our stuff and I can't get a returned phone call about this situation some of the things in that car are irreplaceable. And the branch manager is very unprofessional along with the girl working in the office. You guys are liars and breaking laws people have a right to get there things out of a car repossed or not.
