Texas Title and Payday Loans, operate under this people's umbrella. Unscruplous contracts to bait innocent, desperate citizens. Please have someone in the legal realm decipher that contract for you. They're now holding my title hostage, on an non- viable, illegal loan. Bad business practices, unprofessional leaders that go as far as asking for medical records, while questioned about the terms of the loan. Try to bait clients to renew and sign contracts that are null and void. I will leave no stones unturned. Please sign petition on **********.

I went to get a title loan. I was given the amount I was to pay every month and made those payment on time every month. After six months I went in and found out that my loan had not even started getting paid and that I actually owed more now than what I had originally borrowed. So I paid 500 to the loan and kept making my monthly interest payments. Just to find out that I wasnt even making interest payments and now the loan has increased more. The first person who doesnt work there any more really didnt explain how these loans work. If he had I would have opted for some other type of loan. I borrowed 2000 and have paid around ***** in the course of 11 months and now owe more than the loan was to begin with.I think since their employee was so negligent in explaining the situation and how these loans work they should change my loan to something more reasonable and give me an amount that will have it paid off in the six months.

My daughter's car has been broken down in my yard for 10 to 15 years.. I was trying to get it removed from my property. I wasn't aware the title loan she had on it. I am needing it removed because of a county Complaint. After discovering alone I contacted ****** on Eastern. I'm told them they needed to either. Come get the vehicle or give me a lean release so that I can get it removed. I told him it's been sitting for ten to fifteen years at the address that she had used when she got the loan that that they should have already came and gotten it a long time ago. They informed me that they didn't want the car and I could do whatever I wanted with it so again. I asked them for a lean release so I could get it taken to a junkyard and get it off my property. They refused. I informed them the car was not mine. It's on my property and I need to get rid of it. Also stated about charging them rent for all the years. It was sitting on my property that they didn't come get it. If they wouldn't give me the lean release so I could get it off my property Or come get it.Since they don't want to. So if there's something you can do to make them either come get the car or give me a lean release So it can be Sent to a junkyard. I spoke to them roughly In June 20 2024
