I and many of my neighbors have major concerns about the Conagra railway and train idling exhaust. I and my family have experienced *************** and severe.headaches. I've tried to contact the major railways and have been told they can not help me do to it is it's owned and operated by Conagra. I've had to make police reports because I'm afraid that one day it may put me in the er. I have video and pictures of the odorless petroleum gas cars idling for many hours and at least 6 new home owners that have the same concerns. This is a new subdivision called the ******************* and have been told upon purchase of our new build homes that the train only runs once a day. That was not true and we were unable to do our due diligence and check for ourselves because we were not allowed to go into the site during the build of our home and it was totally fenced off. Since our move in there have been additional tracks put in for storage and the trains connecting and disconnecting at all times of the day and night have taken its toll on everyone's health and their homes construction. There has to be some kind of standard regulation or oversight. We are getting physically ill and need help. Please contact me as soon as possible. 12/19/2024 I purchase a box of ******* Redenbacher's 3 bag butter popcorn . The bag had a defect it had a hole under the side you put down . while heating in the Microwave the contents leaked out which caused the Popcorn to burn and smoke . Luckily for me I was close enough to get to the bag and douse it with water before it caught fire but it damaged my Microwave . Melted plastic inside the Microwave . to my way of thinking melting the inside of the Microwave is Dangerous . I have unplugged the Microwave and it is just sitting there . I contacted CONAGRA the same day 12/19 that I purchased and used the bag of Popcorn . I also called them there team passed me around saying someone would contact me . I received and email on 12/20/2024 saying that they where sending me a coupon and closed the case . again I called Conagra and the person I spoke to said he would pass my complaint along to another team . That maybe someone would call me sometime regarding my complaint . I expressed the concern that there product destroyed my Microwave and that I needed to speak to someone regarding this.Business response

I spoke with the consumer on 12-24-24 concerning the ******* Redenbacher popcorn she had and the issues with her microwave. She agreed to send in additional photos so that we can have our microwave experts look at them and analyze the situation. I let her know that after the analysis, I will call her back to go over those results with her and we can go forward with the appropriate resolution. She agreed to this.

hi, when I wrote the email earlier I transposed the telephone numbers **************. just spoke to ***** at Conagra and they are denying that there product did the damage to my microwave .
but since the package of Microwave Popcorn was the only thing in the Microwave nothing else could have damaged it .
So my next move is to file a small claims lawsuit and to put my experience with there products on social media .
there have been similar experiences that I found on the Internet .
thank you for your time in trying to get this matter cleared up .

I contacted Conagra in regards to a box of Slim Jims I purchased. We opened 5 of them and they were all too hard to bite and inedible. They were not expired and are still within the "best buy" date on the box. They sent me a $2.00 off a Slim *** product coupon and I told them this was not adequate compensation since I paid $22 for the box. I was asked to send pictures of the box to be considered for further compensation. However, after doing so they informed me that "they compensate by way of coupons."This is ridiculous and not acceptable. A $2.00 off a purchase coupon doesn't make me whole for the $22 I spent on the inedible box of Slim ***** they sent to the stores for consumers. Something was clearly done wrong in production on this batch as they are not expired/close to expiration and we cannot bite into them. They are hard as a rock. I have attached my communication with Conagra where I tried to resolve this before reaching out to a 3rd party for mitigation.Business response

******* Redenbacher's Smart Pop! popcorn (Congara Brands) reached extremely and unreasonably high temperature in the microwave and burnt a hole in the plastic cover. Neither the carton box nor the mini popcorn bag had a warning that nothing could be on top of the bag or that melting could occur. I contacted the consumer department of the company. They refused to take any responsibility for their dangerous product or to compensate me for the damage to my property.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: the business did not actually respond to my complaint and did not provide any solutions of the problem. As indicated in my complaint, their product is dangerous and its packaging did not have proper instructions indicating that the plastic in the microwave would melt. ******* Redenbacher's brand is responsible to the damage to the plastic part caused by their product. I see they still refuse to take responsibility for their products

I dont want their coupons because I dont trust ******* Redenbachers brand anymore and wont use their products.

I purchased two of the mega meat Kansas City BBQ meals from ******* on the same transaction. I've got them home and went to cook them only to discover the advertisement on the box was wrong. It says it comes in sauce. There is no sauce. When I called the company they told me I would only be compensated for a fraction of my purchase price if I chose to accept those type of coupons. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told one was not available. I was not offered a refund and told they don't give replacement coupons and refunds. I feel ripped off along with every other consumer who buys these meals only to find out there is no sauce.Business response

Purchased Gardein Chick'n Scallopini and discovered Conagra changed the ingredients to now include titanium dioxide. We attempted to return item to the store but were told to contact Conagra for refund.In lieu of a refund, Conagra sent us coupons (which we will gladly return) for Gardein products we no longer buy since Conagra reformulated the Gardein brand from most the natural and least-processed into a more synthetic and overly-processed brand. It's a shame what Conagra did to the Gardein brand. We are requesting a refund and attaching receipt.thank you for reading.Business response

Package picture nothing like contents. Picture looks like granny made it but when cooked you get what looks to be dark with a bite of white meat can tell if its turkey or what thin as a dime 2 and 1/2 inches round 5 total gravy looked good smell was good but however couldnt find myself eating it.Business response

Under normal circumstances to send a replacement check we require additional information such as digital picture of your sales receipt, with the purchase date showing the purchase of our product. Also, a digital picture of the 10-digit product UPC (barcode) number, and the letter/numeric digits found near the best by date.
Our records show that a $3.00 off coupon for our any BANQUET products were sent. However, we would be more than to happy to send two additional $5.00 off coupons unless you would like to provide the digital picture of your sales receipt.
Please advise the next steps.

July, 6, 2024, I bought a Marie Callender's Chocolate Brownie Cream Pie from my local Kroger. As ****** (My son) was craving the pie, ****** said: As I was eating my pie I came across a chewy part in my pie that when I bit into the chewy part, it didn't dissolve in my mouth. My child also stated: When I took this chewy part of the pie out of my mouth, I found out it was a piece of **** in my food! My child told my other son,( ***) about this then went to me. Gio staites that he was on the couch when this happened, and I was in the Master bedroom of the house, watching TV and ****** was in the kitchen cutting and eating the pie. This left me in shock when nobody was around ****** during the incident. ****** said that the piece of **** was in the pie and was impossible for somebody to dig in the pie when it was frozen. I know we didn't have no **** in our house so the only thing that we could expect is that this company put **** in our pie.Business response
