On June2, 2022 I called Lopez appliances due to my washer not working. Ariel the owner, went to my house to check it out and said it needed a part to which he had to order. He said he needed the money up front in order to purchase it. I put it on my charge card which was over $310 and he said he would be back on June 7th ( that is when the part would be in). I called him on June 8 to see if he was going to come by. He said yes that the part had just gotten there. He didn’t show up till the next day and said that he had received the wrong part. He reordered it and said he would be by on June 14; the day the part was supposed to be in. I called him the following day but it kept going to voicemail after a couple of rings. I called again on Thursday June 16 and after 3 phone calls he finally answered and said the part hadn’t come in because it had been discontinued. He said he was waiting for a call back from the warehouse to speak to a supervisor about getting a refund. I called again on Friday and asked for my money back since I went ahead and purchased a new washer and he said he couldn’t give me a refund until the supervisor called him back. I told him that it was not my fault that he ordered the wrong part in the first place and that when he reordered it he should’ve known that it was not available anymore. I just want him to do the right thing and refund my money.

Called Lopez Appliance to repair a water leak from under refrigerator. Repair man came out in middle March and said the problem was caused by the use of a water filter that was not the original equipment. He ordered the parts needed and installed them on March. The water leak resumed the next day. I called Lopez Appliance, told them the water leak continued. The repair man returned the next day and said the leak was coming from where the water line entered the back of the refrigerator, it needed a $6.00 part, ne did not have one on his truck but would pick one up from Lowes and would install it at no charge. I called a few days later and the part was in and would be installed the next day a noon. I waited all day for the repair man who did not show up. I called the store daily for about 10 days, but after several days all I got was a recording, left messages. I am still without ice or cold water. The company warrantied the repair for 90 days.

On August 30, 2021, I paid Lopez Appliance $230 for a refrigerator part by giving them my credit card number over the phone. They were to place the part on order from the manufacturer. When I didn't hear back within a couple weeks, I called again and they said the part was on backorder but they'd contact me when it was in. Since then, I've called them no less than 6 times to inquire about the part and/or get a refund, but they do not answer their phone. I have left voicemails but they do not return my calls. I never received a receipt for my payment, either (but my Visa statement does show the transaction).

On the 18th of January 2022, I called Lopez Appliance to come out and look at my washer to see about repairing it. The owner came out the same day and looked the washer over and told me that it needed a specific part to be replaced. I then wrote him a check (check# ****) for $150.00 to pay for the visit and to order the part needed. On the 20th of January 2022, the owner of Lopez Appliance returned to my home to install the part, after he was done and left the washer continued to malfunction. I called the owner of Lopez Appliance to return and look at the washer again, he returned and figured out he needed a different part not the one he replaced. I then wrote him a another check (check # ****) for $118.88 to pay for the visit and new part. A week had passed and I tried calling the owner and went by his shop to see what was the hold up, he stated the part was not in yet but when it was he would be over to install it. Another week passed after numerous calls and stopping by his shop was able to get ahold of him, he stated the part was in and he would be over the next day. Another week went by and he still hadn't come to fix the washer with the new part. After numerous calls and stopping by his shop again, I finally got ahold of him, he stated the same thing again. He would be by the next day. Another week went by, and I decided I needed to just buy a new washer, which I did. I then left numerous voicemails, letters on his shop door, messages with hi employee to call me, that I had bought a new washer and needed him to come get the other part that was still in the old broken washer and return my money. I have tried calling and stopping by his shop but still haven't not heard from the owner about returning my money. He can take the whole old broken washer if he wants it, but I just want all of my money refunded since no resolution to the broken washer was ever rendered. I paid him in total $268.88 and want it all refunded via check or cash.
