I tried using Credit Glory's services for 6 months. In that time they didn't accomplish anything in regards to my credit disputes. I canceled the service and they issued me a partial refund. However the next month they charged my credit card again and claimed that I never canceled the service ( which is false.) Upon discussing this with them they said " we will not refund you because we already sent out this month's disputes." This is unacceptable and I should be refunded as I discontinued their service. I will also point out that after viewing several BBB complaints regarding Credit Glory, it appears they have a history of illegally charging clients in a similar fashion.Business response

******************* , a Credit Glory employee, acted as he was a phoenix financial employee. I gave him all of my personal information including my debit card number . I then asked him why was he asking for my information if he had it already. He was trying to obtain my credit report. I'm afraid he is going to steal my identity. We attempted to pull this consumer's credit report to see if we could help with a supposed issue. However, the call ended before we were able to finish a pull. They were never billed.

I contacted them thinking they were a collections agency around July. They convinced me to use them to try and help my credit. In the almost three months they have actually hurt my credit and caused other collections companies to start harassing me. When I contacted them after 64 days they tried to harass me into staying saying I would lose out on money. They have a 90 day money back guarantee and I'm within that time frame when I called back to cancel they didn't offer to refund or honor at least the September payment since I wasn't going to be using the entire month of September and had paid initially $199 so I should at least get that back! I want a refund of all credits I paid for except any fees or taxes they don't include and I want them to honor the 90 day guarantee. I was not happy or satisfied and now my credit is worse than when I started and I'm being harassed by collections agencies.Business response

Business false advertised to me what they were able to do. They kept charging my card multiple times after I asked for them to cancel my service. Service requirements were not met. Kept giving me the runaround and was very hard to get in touch with a manager. They have NOT completed the ONE service I asked them to do and when I keep asking for a refund they are NOT willing. On the 22 nd of May, my wife and I invested over $400.00 with Credit Glory with the understand that we would be getting a update on repairing our credit each month. This was to be a 3 month program with $99.00 being taken from both of our accounts. Then 3 weeks later we were told that we needed to pay an additional $20.00 on each account from this "**********. or we would not be getting updates. The first update came June 22nd. NO work was done on either account. (my wife and I have been debt free for over a year, but only wanted to clean up our past old accounts) the report that C.G. sent to us in June said NOTHING about any work being done on either accounts. I called and complained and they sent out another report on accounts that had been taken care of for over a year ago. During this time they were taking out of both of our bank accounts $99.00. This program with Credit Glory was supposed to be a 100% money back guarantee, and that I can cancel at any time. In June we cancelled both of our accounts and they sent back into our bank account $47.00 plus $79.00. That was not even close to what we paid out to Credit Glory. They were misleading and deceptive from the beginning. I would call and ask them what was happening, and they would tell me to be patient and finish the program. I am asking for my FULL refund of what we both put into this business. Thank you!Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/08/03) */ Once the client signed up for our services, we have a list of compliance statements that the rep reads to the client to get confirmation that they understand exactly what to expect. These statements were read to the client and the client did respond that he understood. Specific statements include that we charge $199 to start which includes a $100 nonrefundable set up fee and $99 monthly service fee that is billed monthly. The statement also includes information about ********** to monitor credit on a monthly basis and they will charge $19.99 per month. This is a lot of information to absorb however, along with all of the information that is provided to assist the client about their credit standing. We want to make sure that all clients are taken great care of and that we are transparent so we notified the client by vm and text message of this and that we will be refunding all fees paid.Initial Complaint

This company fraudulently took money out of my account for services that they don't provide. They claim to fix your credit but the services don't start until 30 guys later which they then charge you an additional fee that they don't tell you about. Meanwhile they take 199.00 out of your account. I was promised a refund within 3/5 days and I still don't have my money nor have I spoken to anyone.Business response

I was told by Credit Glory that they have a 90 day money back guarantee with their services. They said that they guarantee deletions (plural) on my credit during this time period. It has now been 6 months and I have only one deletion on my credit that occurred after the 90 day period. I have contacted their support team to ask for a refund and have had no response.Business response

On march 12, 2022 I open an account with Credit Glory LLC which I payed $299 for services. I signed a contract stating if nothing removed in 3 months I will be guaranteed a full refund. Over the course of march 12, 2022 to June 2022 I would get billed automatically on the 12 day of each month $99 with emails stating credit glory sent out disputes but no action was taken leaving me to cancel my account on June 3. After canceling I get a call from a manager named Fernando stating the did not want to loose me as a valuable customer. He stated he will definitely refund my money but their company has implemented a new system which show error when trying to refund my money back to my account is the reason why I did not receive a refund so he gave me an alternate way to send which is threw pay pal which seemed sceptical. So I waited a week still no refund so I called back and canceled my service and stated I do not authorize no payment on my card until I am refunded in full Fernando stated no problem. He stated he did not want to loose a valuable customer so he restated my service free of charge until I get my refund back. A week later still no refund so I called again stating I do not want to do business with them no more and just send my refund. The problem now is that Fernando completely disappeared now I talked to another manager stating that I must file a dispute with my bank which takes 3 months or longer which is completely a breach of contract. Overall I feel like this company is very unethical and needs to be investigated for breach of contract and bad business practice. If you go under their reviews on the website they cover up all the bad complaints with false 5 star reviews so no one will catch on. In times like this dealing with inflation I really need my refund because I am a law abiding citizen who work hard to feed my family. I was hoping this company could help me out so I can be a first time home owner but in return i feel like I've been scammed.Business response

Regarding the complaint received from consumer, we wish to clarify and address the concerns raised. Upon reviewing our records, we did not find any indication of a formal complaint issued by the consumer.
It appears there may have been a misunderstanding or confusion regarding the nature of the communication.
During our interaction with the consumer on 06/21/2022, consumer mentioned that they did not leave a complaint on BBB, and were concerned that someone might have stolen their identity.
We reassured the consumer that his account was in good standing and that there were no issues of identity theft.
We advised him to contact the ***** the provider of the identity theft protection included in his plan, for further reassurance.
However, as it is uncertain whether the complaint was registered with his email, we recommended that he verify this directly with the BBB as the best course of action.
Furthermore, in 2022 we reviewed documents to ensure they were up to date, and we confirmed that they are in order.
We apologize for any confusion or concern this matter may have caused and appreciate the opportunity to clarify.
