    I paid a couple hundred dollars for a setup fee. I pay $100 monthly and also pay for an *********** account so my report can be pulled monthly by this company to track their progress disputing items on my credit report. I found out yesterday around the 3 month mark that the account they set me up with was incorrect and haven't been pulling my credit report as they should be. Not only this but as a critical step in every accounts process, they haven't even bothered to contact me to let me know they improperly set up my account after charging my hundreds to do so. Even more so, they have no responded to notices that I've uploaded in the online portal and there is no proof that they're sending out notices to the bureaus on my behalf. I called yesterday and was told a manager would call me within the day and I haven't heard back from anyone. I've now been on the phone for hours trying to get a hold of a manager that will not come to the line. On the phone now and the best they can do is leave another "message" with the management team. They're stealing folks' money. They were so responsive when it came to getting my card information and monthly payment. When you need help there is no support. I want all the payments I've ever made refunded and the ridiculous $200 setup fee for the setup they did not properly do refunded.

I called the business because they canceled my account and claimed to refund my funds though it wasn't until I called today that they claimed there's an issue with processing and that the money is "in limbo" and will not tell me when my refund is reaching me.     I spoke with a lady last year in an attempt to pay off a collection on my credit report, I used credit ***** to click the link to the number I called. I was unaware that I had been connected to credit glory but was assured I was in good hands and that they would help me to improve my credit score in just a few months. Instead all they have done is continue to withdraw money from my account. I called several months later after never hearing from anyone again and was finally able to speak with someone about canceling my account. I was then told that the results took longer to see and I should see them any month and they offered me a substantially lower rate for another two months. After the two months I still never heard from them and they just keep withdrawing money. They are also charging me a fee for $26 for some sort of identity monitoring on my opensky credit card which I only gave to them because they said they had to do a ONE TIME authorization that first night on the phone. This business is a complete scam and has been taking my money for far too long. They ensured that they could help me in 90 days or my money would be returned. Hoping someone can help me get this resolved. Thank you for your time.

Consumer Response /* (3000, 12, 2022/06/21) */ ***Document Attached*** After ensuring a refund was processed. I have still not received my refund that they keep promising has been processed. After 2 calls I got someone to verify no refunds had been processed due to some sort of payment processing error on their end so then they ensured me if they refunded to my ****** it would be faster and in my account the next day. 3 days later and still nothing. I call back today and I'm told that all the person I'm speaking with knows is that they told her to tell me now 3-5 days it would be in my bank. When I ask her how they'll deposit to my bank when they don't even have my bank account info and am then told it should be in my ****** account in 3-5 days. So from what I am gathering their "processed refund" from June 10 may possibly be in my ****** by the end HOPEFULLY of June. This company should not in business. It has been more than the 3-5 days promised and have heard nothing back after reaching out multiple times. We reached out to the client by SMS and VM to let her know that the refunds were processed 7/5/2022 for her and also offered her 3 complimentary months of service for the frustration.
